“Am definitely going back!!!”

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the Breakers was. There was a great cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a fully applianced kitchen. The bedroom was large. Everything was modern and extremely clean. The only problem we had was that we had paid the for the hotel on expedia.com and the hotel did not have a record of it. We gave our confirmation number and it was accepted without further ado.

The Hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. There was some mix-up re: our requests, but the Hotel staff rectified everything beyond our expectations! We had a Loft suite that was beautiful and spacious! It had a balcony off the kitchenette area and off the bedroom with a side view of the ocean! The bathtub was a jacuzzi tub, which was a very nice surprise. The drain wasn't working on it but they sent up a very efficient maintenance man who had it fixed very quickly. It was "off season" so the value of all this was terrific for the price! Our walks on the beach were great, they have great beach access, very quiet and private (at least on off season, don't know about full season!) The staff were very helpful re: our inquiries about area Restaraunts etc......There is a very nice park just behind the hotel with a lot of walk paths and a river that runs next to it! We were very satisfied and want to go back again in the future!

“Beautiful Newly Renovated Accomodations Across from Beach!”

Hotel is newly remodeled. Own other properties nearby that renovations are not yet completed. Our first room was too small but we were quickly given another. Perfect location. Indoor pool (at sister property) needs renovation. Outdoor pool is new. Loved the jetted tub, fireplace, grills & just across from beach. Only complaints-refrig is dorm sized & can't get luggage up narrow spiral stairs (if staying in a suite). May want to call ahead to make sure that you have a double if needed. Short drive to popular beaches. Have already made reservations to stay again with my family!

“Great place to stay”

This hotel was a great find on Dennis Port. We got a great room for the price we paid. Our room had a separte living room, bedroom and bathroom. Also included a kitchenette with dishes and appliances. Would be great for extended stays! The only complaint I had about this hotel was the early checkout time (10:00am)

“Lovely Location”

The studio we got was lovely. Super clean, location right on the water. The day we arrived the weather was a bit cold and cloudy, but, would absolutely stay again during the warmer summer months. Very reasonable and spacious!

Great place, all brand new furnishings, price is reasonable for off season. Very comfortable and the ocean is steps away. Would definitely stay here again...

“Great hotel, mediocre staff”

Hotel was great but staff wasn't overly helpful. We could not find our room as the entrance was in the back of the building. We were not told that and the map they gave us was incorrect. We had to go back to the office for help and they still couldn't help us. Eventually I found our room without the help of staff. Upon checkout, again hotel desk staff wasn't friendly at all. That being said, hotel was great. Clean, updated, comfortable. Nice.
