“Plenty of other Motels in Denton. You will feel much better.”

Door Latch broken, Lamp bulbs burned out, Commode lid broken, Chairs were filthy dirty. Did not have hot water for 2 days (sorry about that, nothing we can do was the answer from the front desk). Ran out of food at the breakfast (sorry about that was the answer from the front desk) The beds were somewhat comfortable but you just felt like you were sleeping in a smelly, filthy place.

“Not impressed”

The room was clean, but there was an "off" smell in the carpet. The chairs were stained, and there was some mildew in the bathroom. For the price, it wasn't awful, but as a single woman, traveling alone, I was a bit scared by the clientele. The pool looked clean, even for being outdoors.

“Thankful”

My husband and I travel to Denton often so we found this motel its clean the rooms are roomy the pool is nice the service has always been friendly and it has a bed thats actually comfy enough that we dont feel like we are sleeping on a board so..all in all we continue to go back..so we are Thankful for the rates..very reasonable..

It has all kinds of things to do shop , theater, dining, pick your choice..it is easy to get around and enjoy

“America's Best Value Inn - Denton, TX”

Not at all what it was depicted as. Rooms were not well maintained, furniture was worn out and had holes in it, ice machines didn't work, ect. All-in-all just a total misrepresentation on the website from the actual facility.

“GREAT STAY WOULD COME BACK AGAIN”

I would stay here again. A good price for a comfortable stay and I'd recommend it to anyone who's visiting this area. Very friendly people as well.

“Will stay here again”

The next time that we go to Texas we plan to stay at the hotel. We will be bringing our own towels because the hotel didn't have enough at the front desk and they couldn't get us any. We had to wait until after 9:00 in the morning for towels and this was inconvient for us.

“Upscale Motel6 at best”

Very basic room dont expect much, Right off the interstate and few minutes from N Texas U It was a outside door exit hotel with no door seal you could hear everything outside and could even see light through the cracks of the door The best had to be location and price only

Getting around

If you fly into Dallas do not let the rental car folks con you to prepay for the Toll pass Unless you know for sure your going to use tolls at least 5 times a day its about 8 bucks a day if you use it or not . The tolls in dallas are cashless and creditless so you have to pay in advance ...dont do it if your going north, go around it and add 10 min at the most to your time

“Texas travel made easy”

The comfort and friendliness of the hotel and staff made our stay for easy. We had a lot of travel in two weeks and we looked forward to returning to this base 'camp' during this time.

“Felt like a good choice for the price”

This is an older hotel, and it does not have the big extras, but it had all we needed for a simple night stay, and it was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and tried very hard at being helpful. The continental breakfast was not as big as some, but it served its purpose, and the waffles were more than needed. We felt secure in the surrounding area. It's a little hard to get back onto the interstate from the hotel but not impossible - just a little more of a detour getting back onto the road. Ask the front desk for the best way back onto the road. They have a way that works well! It is easy to find and easy to access when arriving though, and it's very close to UNT and great shopping and dining. If you want a really enjoyable hotel stay with all the amenities, this may not be the one, but if you want a simple hotel room and to feel secure and comfortable enough for the shorter stay, this is a fine choice for the cost.
