Clean room, nice staffPosted Aug 14, 2014
Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The curb appeal outside. The little yard they had outside looked unkempt.
Location: Located just off of University drive. Plenty of restaurants and places to shop off of University drive. Also TWU located off of University drive.
Overall was a good stay. Was pleased with staff and room accommodations. The outside of the facility could use a little love. Seemed like no one was taking care of the little yard area. Understood that the facility was pet friendly, however not appealing when the dogs are with you in line to get breakfast, that is very unappetizing.

Stay in AustinPosted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Pet-friendly, nice complimentary breakfast (with cook present to prepare made-to-order eggs - and the cook was especially friendly)
Cons: Breakfast could use more lighting; use of solid bed frames (to keep pets from burrowing underneath the beds)
Location: The hotel is reasonably close to the University of Texas as well as some nice shopping areas
Family stayed overnight in Austin while attending business at the university. The room was spacious, well-kept, and a good value for the price.

Nice place to stay; close to universities.Posted May 21, 2014
Very nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable. It is in close proximity to two universities - TWU and UT both within 5 miles of this hotel. The only downfall was getting to the hotel coming from the south. I had to drive through a parking lot.

Good and BadPosted May 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
My first room was located by the elevator, the noise from people getting on and off was really bothering me. I asked to be moved and then they upgraded me to a suite but I asked to be switched again because the suite smelled like cigarette/cigar smoke and I have bad asthma. The third room wasn't bad at all, but because it was the last room at the end of the hall, i received 1 bar if WIFI so i couldn't get much work done from the comfort of my bed. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, well maintained and the staff were very friendly. The beds were also pretty comfortable.

Nice, comfy hotel!Posted May 17, 2014
I stayed here recently and enjoyed my trip! The staff members were very polite and hospitable, the rooms were beautifully decorated and had a microwave and refrigerator! The beds and pillows were heaven!! If you're looking for a nice place to stay in Denton that feels like a home away from home this is definitely the place!

Awful. It smelled like chemicals, I couldn't get a breathe if fresh air... It was awful! I will never stay there again.

Nice hotel, Horrible breakfast and poolPosted Apr 26, 2014
Pros: The bed!
Cons: Breakfast and better pool
The room was spectacular and comfy, and the staff was very friendly, however the breakfast was nothing I expected it to be. No flavor food and not enough options. Also the pool looked very different online than it did in person.
