“Great Place!”

I was in Denver for a work convention and all of the major hotels were booked. I found the Brooks Tower on Expedia and the location and price seemed to fit my criteria. These are privately owned condos so there is no housekeeping or room service. The front desk attendants were very friendly and polite. The condo I was given was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. The view was outstanding and the location was perfect. Only 3 blocks from the convention center and 1 block from the 16th st. mall. There is also a free transportation shuttle which runs along 16th st. which is a really great feature. Overall I had a wonderful trip to Denver and would highly recommend the Brooks Tower Condos.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The suite was very comfortable and nicely appointed. The best part is walking to the 16th street mall. I would stay here again for sure.

Had a wonderful experience at this place. The room is very, very good and upgraded. The view is very good. You will save at least a hundred dollars per night compared to other hotels. Excellent location, lots of resto and shopping places.

The Brooks Tower room I stayed in was perfect for my tip to Denver. I travel frequently for buisness and would stay here again.

Very good location to 16th street mall, good resturants, convention center etc. Great views of the city, Very comfortable room but not well supplied with towels, wash clothes etc. & microwave didn't work. I would definately stay there again because it was overall very nice & a good value.

Fantastic view, great room with all the conviences necessary for a comfortable stay. Two key fobs would have been nice.

“BEWARE - THIS IS NOT AN HOTEL”

This is not an hotel; this is a condo complex. When you 'check in', the receptionist gives you a key to an apartment and off you go. However, this is someone's condo; their clothes are still in the closet, and their photos and magnets are on the fridge. And, the final blow, they are not contactable when you try to get a refund. Buyer beware.

“This is a poorly unprofessionally remodled condo with a rollaway bed and not even a bedspread.”

The title says it all except that it is close to the convention center. I was quite disappointed when I found that I could not check in until 4 pm even to change. There are no services or even a phone.
