change over nightmare

We arrived at 12:30 am and they could not tell who was in their rooms, she checked 10 rooms and an hour of waiting they sent us down the street to the sister hotel Microtel, my 8 & 6 year old and me just wanted to get some sleep.

Excellent value!!

We were looking for a hotel near the airport. We'd just come back from a 5-star 4-diamond hotel in Aspen and needed somewhere to sleep 6 hours. Super friendly and the room(s) was excellent value for money.

Hotel close to air port

Had an early flight. This hotel was clean and made getting to the air port super easy.

It his hotel is dirty and all the vending machines

Dirty hotel, vending machines all empty and the heat will not remain on what is set it was very cold in the room .

Great shuttle service to the airport

The shuttle was easy to find and very fast to the hotel from the airport. Great staff and very clean room

Wonderfully helpful staff!

I lost my cell phone on the shuttle between the hotel and the airport. The staff at Baymont located my phone, had it returned to the hotel and facilitated it's return to me. A very stressful situation was handled quickly and professionally. The hotel was clean, pleasant and the breakfast options were very good. I will definitely stay in a Baymont Inn and Suites again.
