Overnight stay.

Posted Feb 20, 2015
Pros: The location.
The only issue I had I must say was the amount of time it took to get checked in. There were a lot of people in the lobby waiting to be checked in and it looked like there were two people working the desk. Well I should say one person. The other young lady was preoccupied doing something else while future customers waited to be checked in which took to much time. I think that is unsatisfactory.

Pros: Room price was very good. Breakfasts were good compared to other motels I have stayed in.
Location: Lots of shopping nearby. Close to Denver International--20 minutes.
Not the cleanest environment. Rather old. But Rooms seem to be clean and well taken care of by the staff. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Older hotel, rooms clean

Posted Feb 16, 2015
Pros: price
Cons: update soundproofing, replace hallway doors so they don't slam; clean hallway rugs better
Location: Easy access
Ok stay, somewhat noisy especially doors slamming in hallways. Need to update their doors and soundproofing. Bed comfortable. Our friends, in another room, had extreme noises constantly, from alarms to pipes.

Would not recommend to anyone

Posted Feb 9, 2015
From the moment we arrived it waa awful. We waited at the front desk for over 20 minutes for someone to help us. ..and when she did help us she was rude and put off that she had to help us. The room was tiny and smelled musty and extremely hot. I would never stay there again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Denver Weekend

Posted Feb 3, 2015
Pros: Full breakfast and free wifi were a plus and there was always brewed coffee available.
This hotel is convenient to freeways and is across the street from shopping and food. Room was comfortable. The only downside were the noisy guests next door. Luckily they checked out before we did. We even found a craft brewery around the corner

A Great Place To Stay

Posted Feb 2, 2015
Pros: They were so responsive, and pleasant. The facility was well maintained, and clean. We both have back problems, but the beds were great.
Cons: The TV cable didn't have CBS!! The remote control needed to be replaced. The towels were really scratchy... they need softener.
Location: Good shopping, restaurants, and easy access to Nat'l Jewish Hospital.
This was the first time I'd place a reservation with Expedia. I was taking my father to the hospital for tests in Denver, and we didn't get there until later in the evening. The front desk person immediately put my anxiety to rest, when she told us the rooms we'd booked were full, so they would be upgrading us.... at no additional charge! Then, I realized I'd forgotten my father's wheel chair. She immediately said, "Don't worry, we have one." We used it for the three days we were there. That was a God-send! The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was like with a happy family, which we both greatly appreciated.

Greatest Staff

Posted Feb 1, 2015
William made the plants in the lobby shine. I observed him climb to the top and clean every leaf individually. He has dedication, determination and smiled the entire time. He deserves a raise. It's awesome to find someone happy to serve. Two women at the front desk stood out during evening and night shift Shelley and Michelle. I think were there names one Caucasian with black hair & glasses and one bi racial young lady with shoulder length hair were always happy, smiling , willing to help and juggled multiple check in's at once. They need managment/ training positions. If they train others to have the same customer service, this hotel would have zero vacancies every night. This is the only hotel I'll stay in from now on while in Denver.
