Property did not feel safe due to abundant homeless individuals in parking lot; NO outside security or cameras - instructed to park so that "hopefully" the neighboring business security cameras would capture any vehicle theft/issues. Approached more than once by homeless persons going to/from car.

Overall a good experience with our stay. Staff is friendly, responsive and helpful. Location is convenient with basic shopping store near by. AC was not working as expected but not a big deal due to winter weather. I did not complain about it

The staff was wonderful and easy to work with. The first room we had had a broken bed frame so when it couldn’t be fixed that day they upgraded us to a suite! I do wish the hot tub was working. But will definitely stay there again!

Front desk staff was excellent. She came up and fixed our tv. Rooms were clean. Nice bathrooms. Only complaint would be only 1 elevator and it’s slow. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was good. A little sad that the hot tub was out of order, but my kids loved the pool. It's right next to Sam's Club and Walmart so we were able to get my daughter a swimsuit when she forgot hers, but walking there was a bit iffy.

Very good. Only issue I found was the bath fan very noisy and is connected to the light. Get up on the middle of the night to go and either you do not turn the light or if you do, you wake-up te rest of the family.

Who do they think they are when a customer came and deny it with the kids just back from a school and make me call 1 hours on the phone to get back my refund?? Is it easy as that? Oh I see they don’t want money. Already dark and made me drive to another hotel in this late. The hell, never ever coming back again. What a good service for customers. Not complaining, it was the true so they can fix for better to the next guests. Duhh just denied me for complaining? Took $80 for pet and still not happy about it.

Hello Than Than.Unfortunately, we had to make the decision to no longer allow you & your family to stay with us. The repeated aggressive behavior levied against several members of our staff is unacceptable. We cannot permit this to continue, as it has happened on several occasions, not only in person, but also during phone conversations. We are sorry you felt you have been slighted by having to pay our standard pet fee. I can assure you, all guests are required to pay a pet fee. We are sorry this is not the scenario you would have liked, but we will not tolerate such aggressive acts towards our staff.

This hotel had a pool that was almost like a hot tub and I loved it! Most of the time the pool is ice cold and the hot tub is where I go to get my blood pumping again lol. It was a safe environment with plenty of parking and I didn’t have to worry about the rental car being damaged. We would love to stay at this same hotel again when we return to Denver!!

Staff was awesome so helpful and sweet! Room was cleanish for the most part. Just a burn hole in the sheets and someone else’s toenail clippings on the sink but other than that it was clean & convenient.

Hello Christopher.We are so sorry we were unable to provide you with a vacuum. Sadly, we do not have vacuums with hoses. All of our vacuums are upright, commercial styles. There just isn't any way to attach one to a packing vacuum bag used for packing.

Some parts solid, others not so much
This stay was so-so: front desk staff was great all around, the beds were decent, and a hot breakfast was nice, plus amenities like the pool and some cardio/weight equipment were bonus. Other stuff, not so good: lights were turned out on guests finishing up in the breakfast room as it was exactly 9:30; found something yuck under the bed missed during cleaning; and breakfast staff was meh about replacing items that ran out. Takeaway is you get what you pay for. Wish we’d spent the extra $30 on a nicer Airbnb or higher-end hotel.
