Nice, clean, and a friendly staff.Posted Mar 24, 2014
Pros: It was neat, clean, and quiet.
Cons: I do not like the fan coming on in the bathroom everytime on turn on the light. Sometimes, I just want the light, and not the noise.
Location: Restaurants and shopping are close buy, which makes it very convenient!
This Best Western is close to everything in Castle Rock. Dining, dancing, shopping is all close and minutes away by car. Beautiful views of the mountains. The room was clean and the wait staff was friendly and helpful. I was not feeling well and so I was able to sleep for 12 hours undisturbed by phones, or noises in the next room or in the hall. I was able to become refreshed, enjoy a hot shower, and then go downstairs for a hot breakfast. When I go back to Castle Rock, this will be my first choice in accommodations, as it has been in the past.

Nice hotelPosted Mar 14, 2014
Pros: Very clean, comfortable
Cons: Door locks
Nice hotel, everyone very nice. Only problem was the door lock. I had to get the key replaced 3 times. That was the only problem. Everything else was perfect.

So pleasantly surprisedPosted Mar 2, 2014
Best Westerns are crap shoot. Some are good and some are bad. This one is excellent. The staff is stellar and the rooms are remarkably well cared for.

Nice hotel, close to the mountains.Posted Feb 2, 2014
Very nice hotel clean and comfortable. the only two things that I would suggest is one have a larger eating area around with enough tables in the dining room to eat breakfast. The second thing, and I'm not sure what they can do about this but the people above our room was very loud and disturbing. We did call the staff and they took care of the problem.

In town visiting my daughter and her husband and my first grandchild. Very clean! Very friendly. Close to anything you need in Castle Rock. As good a complimentary breakfast as you will find. I WILL stay here again!

Total 5 star hotelPosted Jan 21, 2014
Location: Close to restaurants and the outlet malls. Went into downtown Denver on a Saturday night and it was only about a 35 minute drive.
I have stayed here about 3 times now. For the price it is amazing. Very clean and the beds are so comfortable. the breakfast is great too.

Overall Pleasant StayPosted Jan 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
Staff was friendly and efficient, hotel was well maintained, room was clean and comfortable... except for the air conditioning unit mounted below the window. It has manual controls instead of a wall-mounted thermostat. In the heating mode, it runs until the room is warm, and then the heating element shuts off but the fan keeps running until the room becomes cold and drafty enough for the heating element to come on again. So it becomes a rather annoying cycle. But other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay. Also note, there is a free breakfast with the typical hotel fare (waffle machine, etc.) but if you want a real breakfast IHOP is right across the parking lot. For dinner, check out the RockYard just down the street. Good food, fair prices, and great local beer!
