The major problem with my stay was the billing issue. When I discovered they double charged my credit card, the staff who answered my call wasn’t knowledgeable enough to provide help since she was trying to redirect me to call the Expedia for a solution.
Additionally, the hotel was not only charged twice on my credit cards, they charged with a total of $20 dollars higher than the amount that I initially booked with.
Lastly, my call was transferred to a ‘manager Steve’ who was unavailable at that time and I left a voicemail with a callback number. He never bothered to conduct any courtesy call to acknowledge my Request. At the end, I had to constantly review my credit card account to make sure the refund request completely.
With my experience, I don’t feel comfortable to stay with them in the future.
