It stinksPosted Nov 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
Everything in room looked beat up. Doors to rooms are a disgrace. Ceiling had gap between ceing wall. Fixtures were broken. Few outlets. Bathroom tub discolored. Hallway scinces missing covers. Inside Door latch activated when we were out of room lockibg us out. Only one person at service desk. Breakfast area too small and in sane room as bar. Breakfast buffet set up too congrsted fir access yo beverages. Coffee juice should be more accessible awY from people hovering over toasters so you cant get to the juice. Too much noise. Other guests too noisy all night long. Other guests were cursing and partying all night long. Asked for non Smoking got stuck in smoking. Hallway was disgusting with smoke odors.

We apologize you did not enjoy your stay with us--especially after all of the renovations we have completed recently. We just updated all of our guest room bathrooms with new vanities with granite counter tops, new tub surrounds, new lighting and new artwork. Our breakfast room seats over 60 people--not really a small area. I do apologize for other guests--it sounds like you may have been here when we had a wedding party staying with us? We do have a few smoking rooms upstairs in one hallway. I am unsure why you would have been placed in a smoking room unless that is what you booked online. I do apologized if there was some confusion on the room description listed. Hopefully you still had a nice time visiting the area and we do wish you safe travels in the future.

A pleasant one night stayPosted Oct 1, 2014
Pros: This Comfort Inn had lower room rates than others, for the quality.
Cons: I found one hotel entry door not secured properly.
Location: Lots of antique shops. We found one that was near by and huge.
Very nice room with no cigarette stink. The pool was very clean with pool-side towels and the complimentary breakfast was great.

Breakfast was surprisingly good and well staffed. Rooms had comfy beds. Rooms were clean. Cookies were delicious. Pool area was simple and nice. Just what we needed for a two night stay.

Get a room far from the front desk!Posted Sep 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
Our room was right next to the elevator, and just off the lobby. It was very loud at all hours of the night. The biggest issue was poor guest decorum. Other guests were extremely loud in the hallways, and even those who spoke in a normal tone of voice could be heard quite clearly through the walls. Staff of the hotel did nothing to ensure that these other guests acted courteously.
