Pros: Plenty of room to walk your pets. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: Decor is a bit dated but it appears they are updating some rooms.
Location: Not much in the general area, 15 mins or more there were bigger towns.
Room smelled causing my wife to get sick. Not the room we requested however the staff accommodated us with another room.

Nice stay

Posted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: Clean and a good location
Cons: Nothing
Location: Near a major highway and the PA turnpike. Only a short ride to the Tanger and Rockvale Outlets in Lancaster.
This hotel was very nice. It's located right off of a main highway and seconds from the turnpike. The room was large and clean. There was an evening bar available for guests and a full free breakfast.

Worst vacation of our life, thanks to Comfort Inn.

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: TV had lots of stations, bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was clean. On the one morning we were able to eat breakfast, it was satisfactory
Cons: Serve breakfast at the posted time, don't allow youth groups without chapperones, train front desk personel on switchboard, repair plumbing issues.
Location: A little too far north to explore Lancaster County, but it is in the heart of antique country. We spent two days at Shrupp's Grove.
1. Very noisy guests, a youth convention, with their ruckus going on past midnight two of the three nights we were there, even though we complained twice. . 2. They didn't clean our room during the 10 hours we were away. Said the Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. Totally untrue. 3. Breakfast was supposed to be served starting at 6:30am. First morning there it wasn't ready, the dining room wasn't open, and we had to leave unfed for an appointment. The front desk admitted it happens all the time. 4. Toilet wouldn't flush. Complained to the front desk. They asked what room we were in. They then said, "Oh, in that room, you have to push down really hard and hold it there." They knew along there was a problem but didn't fix it. 5. Bathroom sink drained very, very slowly. Told they would fix it. They didn't. 6. Water saving shower head gave out such slow feed of water, tough to get wet then rinse off. 7. Musty odor given off by air conditioner. 8. Got an urgent call from our daughter regarding a death in the family and the person at the front desk didn't know how to transfer the call to the room. Said she'd "been away for awhile."

5th Anniversary

Posted Jul 7, 2014
This hotel appears older when you drive up..but we were pleasantly surprised once inside. They have remodeled the inside nicely! Breakfast was very good...and the fresh cookies a D-LISH treat daily in the lobby! Good location for antiquing and experiencing the Amish way of life! We had a GREAT 5th Anniversary visit.

Pleasantly surprised

Cons: The layout of the breakfast buffet could have been better people were bumping into each other.
Location: I love Denver PA I have been there many times, lots of fantastic antique shops... first time staying at Comfort Inn.
Only a 1 night stay, I found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and the room had a nice furniture arrangement. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good. Dining area had enough tables and chairs to accommodate the amount of people.
