“Not a first choice”

This hotel is old and smells of smoke in the lobby. Room smelled "old" until the air conditioner went on. The room was clean, but the hotel certainly needs updating for the price (I could have stayed at a new hotel down the road for the same $).

“Corrected a problem”

Our heater was not wokring, but they moved us to a different room and it was fine. The desk clerk was very nice, needs to be more informed on how the rooms function. The continental breakfast was outstanding.

“Worth what you pay”

Towels were not as clean as they should be but ease of location and price made up for having to air dry.

“Staff very helpful”

The hotel served its purpose. Unfortunately the tap for the shower didnt work so disappointed that we couldnt have a shower.

We arrived early (12:00 pm), but the desk clerk (Michael) was diligent to find us a cleaned/ready room before the 2:00 pm check-in...he procured a first floor room within two minutes so my son and I was able to move our luggage in before going to a Rockies baseball game later that evening. The room met our needs because we spent most of our time out of it visiting Denver tourist sites and stadiums...just came to the room at night to sleep...room was always cleaned and beds made when we arrived in the evenings...Alicia was our housekeeper and she did a good job...overall, I would stay there again...location was great for everything we wanted to see in Denver area...

“Do not stay here”

I stayed here on business the week of June 7-10th. I made sure to look over the reviews other customers had posted, and decided overall it sounded good so I booked it for my trip. The evening on the second day I came home late and when I tried to turn on the shower, I realized it was broken and was stuck on scalding hot water. Something that resembled throw-up was in my sink. When I called downstairs to report it, the girl was extremely rude. I asked to be moved, and even though she brought me the key to my new room, she never apologized for what had happened. I asked for that night to be comped, and she said she would see what she could do. The managers never called me to apologize, and I was never refunded for the night I requested. What's worse is the new room they moved me to had a broken outlet in the bathroom, and even though I reported it was broken, it was never fixed and I ended up having to move the tv so I could fix my hair in front of a mirror. Guy in front desk even tried to argue with me about it just needing to be reset, refused to believe I was right. I would not suggest for anyone to stay here, pay a little extra money and stay somewhere else.

“Mice!”

My first night there, I was settling down to sleep in my first-floor room at around 1:30 AM when I saw something moving out of the corner of my eye. Turned my head and saw a mouse running along the baseboard. I immediately called the front desk to report it, and the attendant moved me to a fourth-floor room. There was no way I could have breakfast there the next morning (or any morning), knowing that mice were very likely feasting in the kitchen all night. My second night there, I saw empty pizza boxes outside one of the rooms down the hall from me and I called the front desk to report it. Two nights later, there was raw fruit - chunks of pineapple, grapes, and strawberries - all over the hall. Once again, reported it to the front desk. No wonder there are mice. The hotel staff is very responsive and you're only 20 minutes from wherever you want to be, but I would never stay here again.

“Good quality hotel”

This hotel was good. The service was good as well. The breakfast was well-stocked, and the front desk was helpful. The room was clean.
