I would never even think about staying here again. There was a lot i could look past like the gross amount of food dumped around the parking lot that was left for days. Or how the elevators were never cleaned so we used the stairs. But what really got to me was how they completely disregarded the "Do Not Disturb" sign. Apparently they only clean the rooms every third day so I don't even know what they were doing in my room on the second day even with the sign on the door handle. I could tell they were in my room because they removed the sign and put it inside the room. On the third day, our last day, they walked in while we were changing. It was 9am not even close to check out time. When I yelled they quickly closed the door. So I went and asked if they needed anything to which they giggled and said no and walked away. If you're a mom or single woman or are staying there with anything of value you may want to avoid because after that I was terrified and just thankful it was our last day.

After booking we were told that the hot tub was closed so we assumed the pool was still available but it was closed for maintenance i was traveling with my kids and that definitely limited the activities we had i would have booked a different hotel had i been told it was the pool area completely closed otherwise the rooms were nice and clean and the staff was great it was just extremely disappointing because with kids having a. Pool is very important maybe rewording the message to say there is no pool at all and telling people before they book would be a serious improvement i would have gone elsewhere

For the moderate price, this room was nicer than many more expensive hotels. Very comfortable bed, and that's really all that matters. Lemon water in the lobby is always a nice touch.

I wasn’t able to check in due to me being 20 and not 21. I also wasn’t able to get a refund either. It was a horrible experience with this hotel. Once in the hotel the lobby didn’t look that nice either and I will definitely not recommend this hotel or any other under that name to anyone.

The staff was incredibly helpful and provided phenomenal service. The hotel was overall nice. Our room was fairly nice besides the toilet paper rack being broken and the tiles in the bathroom lifting. Otherwise great for the price and would do again.

Towels were stained, fridge legs were broken so wouldn't stay shut, toilet paper holder was broken, homeless/drug users always by the side entrance that I used so definitely did not go out at night. I was traveling alone (I am female) and did not feel safe at all. I had stayed here about 5 years ago and it was nothing like this so that's why I chose this location again but will not be staying here ever again.

Very low quality hotel
This location has a lot of issues. Front desk not entirely friendly. -pool is green and has tiny bubbles on surface, very questionable. -room was located above the front door and you heard the auto sliding doors constantly 24/7 - room view is the prak above the front door, cant see around it -smoke detector was hanging off the wall - no cover on the nasty dirty washroom fan - fridge had a broken leg and wouldnt close properly - white towels were stained - no filter holder in coffee machine - breakfast had no plates for waffles or spoons for cereal - minimal fresh fruit options for breakfast - didnt clean room for 3 days - although not their fault, there were a lot of homeless, drug users around the hotel. I wouldnt stay here again

Horrible. Worst experience ever. The hotel staff is so rude and rooms were filthy. I couldn’t even take my child to this hotel because of the exposed wires in the rooms and dirty ladders in the hallway. Never stay here.

Check in was easy and staff was very friendly! Our room was clean and comfortable. There were a few items that needed repair but not so bad that we were absolutely uncomfortable. overall our stay was great! We had a fridge and microwave which I always like to have when travelling. Breakfast was pretty good. It would have been nice if there were more protein options like hard boiled eggs or something but I did enjoy the waffles, bagels and fruit. There's a cracker barrel across the street and a diner on the other side and a gas station near by, which was convenient! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Front desk gal had a bad attitude and had her daughter working with her (daughter was at most 12). First room she put us in had a broken ac unit and blinds were only half attached to the window. There was absolutely no privacy in that room. Second room was on the third floor and you could smell weed being smoked. Second room was dirty, but at least the beds were comfortable. It was close to restaurants. Breakfast was decent.

Breakfast was very poor/limited. The breakfast you did get was stale or just not fresh. Pool was dirty. Door to room wouldn’t close unless you pulled it a certain way and key card would always fail. Just overall not a good experience would definitely choose somewhere else to stay next time

As soon as we got there the second room had a backed up toliet..we had to use plunger the whole time. The first room never had service for the tv or internet the whole weekend. We were told its bad unscrew the cable wires and keep trying never worked. We had to buy a fan to curculate the air the air conditioner doesnt blow the air...room was hot. Beds were ok, the pillows were comfy. They did not clean our room dor 2nd day no clean towels...The elevator screeches and sounds like it gonna break. OVERALL it was fine, just not a 4 star as claimed to be. 2 star. ..
