“convenient and decent stay”

This was a decent hotel with a convenient location. Plenty of dining nearby. 9 year old clogged the toilet and staff was at the door as fast as I hung up the phone. Clean dining area with a good breakfast assortment.

“Nice overall experience”

I spent 3 nights at this hotel while woking the Denver area. It was a pleasant stay and I can't think of anything that might keep me from coming back or referring others to choose this motel.

“squeaky bathtub”

Everything is fine (room, bedding, breakfast, cleanliness...) except the bathtub which makes squeaky sound when I step in, it sounds like they don't have enough padding and it will break if someone heavier step in...

“Just fine”

While it's not the Ritz-Carlton, this hotel is just fine. My son goes to Regis U. in Denver, so this place is close to his school, with easy access to downtown, interstates, etc. Clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonably priced. A good value for the money. I will return. Better than the La Quinta 500 yrds away, where I stayed in April.

“Good value”

Only problem - one afternoon when we were in the room with the "Do Not Disturb" sign was on the door the maid knocked on the door to ask if she could change out the linens. Another day we were in the room with a "Do Not Disturb" sign and the room was completely by passed for cleaning. The room was not occupied all afternoon.

“Very Adequate Lodging”

This hotel is what it is. What I mean by that is that it's nothing special. My "suite" consisted of a comfortable kingsize bed, a desk and office chair, a small sofa with coffee table, a microwave oven, coffee maker and a fridge. I wasn't looking for a resort nor did I get one. The complimentary breakfast was less than satisfactory but would fill the hole. I wasn't spending a whole bunch of time in the room anyway and I was alone and not trying to impress anyone. I would recommend the place if you're looking for comfort and cleanliness. There is also an indoor pool and exercise room. If you want the Ritz, this isn't it but it served my purpose beautifully.
