Great place to stayPosted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: everything - room was huge and had been renovated sometime recently. Excellent price. The breakfast was great too!
Location: Perfect location to hit tourist spots in the mountains going South and West. Old Chicago Pizza place was awesome and 100 feet away..
excellent stay - 3 days - room was very nice - clean and super for the discounted price. Pool was being renovated and our room was across the hall so we were concerned about that but it was no problem. Shower head needed replaced and they did so right away! room appears like new. I usually only do Hamptons or Marriots and this was as good if not better than some..

Would have been nice to knowPosted Mar 26, 2015
Pros: The room was very nice. It was clean and well cared for, and everything worked. We even got to find out that the smoke alarms work!
Cons: Keep the website updated with announcements regarding renovations and other work being done!
Location: The location was ok. It was only a 20-30 minute drive to our events.
When we arrived at our hotel, we were informed that the hotel pool/hot tub was closed due to renovations. I specifically looked online for a hotel that had an indoor pool. They said that if we would have called to make a reservation, they would have told us then. Well, this is a national hotel chain. Why, in 2015 when most people book online rather than via phone, aren't they able to update their website to reflect this information? When we had a break in our itinerary, we went back to the hotel to relax only to find that the wi fi and cable TV were out. They had people working on that. In the midst of that, all of the smoke detectors in the place started wailing. Apparently the cable company tripped a wire. Not OK. We quickly found somewhere else to go relax during our downtime.

Denver TripPosted Mar 23, 2015
Booked this Hotel mainly due to location and having a pool for kids. Arrived and was informed pool was closed and had been for 3 weeks, was told due to booking thru expedia they could make no adjustments to rate although the Hotel had informed Expedia several times about pool. requested main floor room, was told expedia booked a second floor room. Laundry facilities on site did not work-neither washer or dryer, front desk said had been that way for last 6 months. Room above us bounced basketball until 3 am despite calls to front desk. Extremely warm day when we arrived, AC unit in room never did cool room to comfortable temp, ended up opening window to make it bearable for sleep. Breakfast was standard complementary continental breakfast but attendendant was surly both mornings. Shower had very little water pressure.

Comfortable hotel. Poor front desk staff.Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good.
Cons: There was only one television and it was in the bedroom, so you can not get up and watch tv while others sleep.
Location: A couple restaurants within walking distance. Many food choices within close driving distance. Shopping, movies, bowling within 10 mi.
We selected this hotel for the pool and hot tub and were not informed that they were under maintenance. We found out for ourselves after we had checked in and walked around the corner to take a look. I then mentioned it to the staff that we had booked our stay for the pool. The gal was rude and unhelpful. When I asked if there were other hotels in the area that had a pool, she said she could look that up for me but she didn't have time. We then asked the next front desk clerk on duty if he knew of any other hotels in the area with a pool to which he responded, yes about an hour to an hour and a half away. No other assistance was offered. We ended up staying because of the location. Our room was clean. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was friendly. Overall a decent hotel, but was very disappointed with the front desk staff.

Affordable comfortPosted Mar 16, 2015
Pros: The cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff and the affordability.
Cons: Water pressure in the tub/shower head should be lowered to decrease water waste.
Location: Close to two major roads, West Jefferson and Highway 6 that provide access to other freeways and highways. We visited family.
The only negative detail was that the packet that includes the coffee stir stick, cream, etc. was not replaced along while the coffee was.

Economy hotel in middle of ski areasPosted Feb 23, 2015
Basic hotel with continental breakfast. Clean and friendly. Only warning is do not book a single bed room. Literally the smallest room I had ever seen. Changed to 2 beds.
