Nice for the price

Pros: The price was excellent and it was in a location that had stores we needed nearby and dining choices. We also went to the Butterfly Park which was fun
Cons: Update their key machines.
Nice for the price but we kept getting locked out of the hotel and our room everytime we left the facility. We had to get our keys reprogrammed everytime. The bathtub drain was slow and low water pressure. Other than that, the stay was great. Room appeared dingy but was useable

Dear sir,madam, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay with us. My apologizes that you were having issues with your keys. Our keys deactivate many times if you have them near your cell phone so that could have been one of the problems. I wish you would have called down to the front desk about your slow draining tub and I would have been more than happy to send one of my maintenance staff up to fix that for you. Just an FYI, we are in the process of renovating our entire hotel so any dingy rooms will be bright and colorful!! Bob Reiss General Manager

great place for a quick night's sleep

Pros: excellent for the price
Cons: had small noise coming from bathroom fan in another room
Location: location close to I25. Didn't stay for any nearby things to do.
Hotel little difficult to find. There were few other guests that night, so room was very quiet

Cozy and convenient

Pros: Clean, not too fancy (so not too expensive) for our needs.
Cons: An employee hit me with a cart of laundry while she had headphones in. I was in an elevator and she did not give me a chance to exit.
Near enough to Boulder, Denver, and Golden to make visiting each town easy.

Suites with Small Beds

Should get 1.5-2-stars only. Comfortable except for the 2 small beds, which were probably not Queen-sized.

Dear Jay, Thank you for sharing your experience about your stay in my hotel. I would like to point out that in the future when you stay with us, we do have 50 rooms where there are 2 beds in the room. However, only 5 of those rooms have beds that are queens size. The other 45 rooms have twin beds. Please ask at check in if we do have any of those rooms available and we be more than happy to accommodate you if they aren't rented. Bob Reiss General Manager

Location: CB Potts next door.
Greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk, she was very accommodation, explained the facility very well. Room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. would stay there again. The price was right too.

I had had a bad experience there at my previous stay which I shared with the management. This visit the staff did everything they could to win me over. It worked!

Super friendly check in and check out. Located right next to an awesome restaurant/brewery called C.B. & Pott's. Only 15 miles from anywhere you want to go!

Room was not cleaned and had to ask desk staff for clean towels. Other than that the hotel was alright.

Pros: Front staff was courteous, very helpful.
Front staff was helpful and a morning breakfast would have a edge over other hotels.
