“Overpriced for mediocre facility.”

The cost for this hotel is not justified: to justify the higher rate for per night stay it needs a major update. It is a mediocre hotel whose redeeming value is proximity to central Denver and DU.

“Great customer service”

This hotel was well appointed and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The room assigned to us smelled like smoke and when we called the front desk they sent someone up within 5 minutes, and she escorted us to a new room that was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was plentiful and had a broad selection on their buffet. I would recommend this for anyone wishing to stay in the Cherry Creek area of Denver.

“Nice, but could have been better”

The hotel was clean, the staff welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfect. Big problem -- I've seen postage stamps bigger than the room we stayed in. The room was nicely appointed (TV had very few channels, however) and the bed was comfortable, but my wife and I could not traverse the room simultaneously -- there wasn't enough space for us to get by one another.

Area recommendations

Capitol Hill was neat. We liked the aquarium, but it's a little small. The mile high marketplace (?) flea market on Sunday was great -- especially if you're looking for beautiful, fresh produce...or hats...we saw lots of hats.

“Best Cherry Creek Hotel”

I lived in Denver for 6 years, so while recently returning I knew the location of the Courtyard on Colorado Blvd would be perfect. Turns out it was extremely easy to get to downtown, I-25 and Cherry Creek and not to mention the beds are probably the most comfortable of any I've slept in in recent years. Great hotel, great location, very affordable, I'd reccommend it to anyone traveling to Denver!

“Downtown Denver CO”

The hotel was clean and was supprised that you did not hear much noise in room since it was located across from elevators. When we go back to Denver we would stay at this hotel again.

“Clean...”

My room was very clean. The only complaint I have is about the food. Way overpriced for the type of food served. They charge for food typically served in a free continental breakfast at other hotels. The dinner menu was way overpriced. I decided to pick something up from a nearby place rather than pay the outrages fees. The room is expensive enough. Don't try and rip your customers off by charging outrages fees for food.

Was visting Denver area for Business and found hotel to be very nice and clean and friendly staff!
