It's a good hotel, no blood stains or anything, everything clean, just no breakfast and don't forget the 100 or CC deposit

Not a great experience

Pros: Having kitchen and full fridge and dishes/ microwave..
Cons: Better service
Location: It's a few miles from Downtown Denver, right beside the 6 freeway... the neighborhood was iffy
I booked after finding a good deal on Expedia, did't realize it was an extended stay hotel,, which means lots of people are living there, and many questionable characters. There is not always someone working in the lobby so getting service late can be a problem. A room key quit working late one night and it took almost an hour to get someone out to help with the problem. It does have a small kitchen, and dishes as you need so that was nice.

I am sorry to read that your room key stopped working late at night, and that you were unable to reach a staff member to assist you. Older facility but maintained. Tub has stains, carpet is worn. But clean for age and wear and tear.

Location, location location!

Pros: Friendly staff, included full kitchenette, location.
Cons: Flooring could be better, but they were installing carpet in another room so that might be a moot point.
Location: The location is great. 1 block from Hwy 6 which can get you almost everywhere fast.
For a low cost option, this place is great. Friendly staff, full kitchenette and located in a nice residential neighborhood. Not a 5 star hotel but for the price, a pretty good option.

Pros: Place to stay when we couldn't find any other room.
Cons: Updated. Mattress pad. Smoke free.
Location: Location was good for where we needed it to be.
Clean but very old furnishings. Very old uncomfortable bed. No mattress pad which I think is very icky. Dark getting to our room. Smelled very smoky. Staff was very nice.

room was supposed to be "Non Smoking," but eitheer someone did not observe, or there was a lot of cross ventilation. A bit pricey for what we needed - basically a bed and shower - arrive late - leave early. But it was close to where we needed to be.

What can I say we got to the hotel at 1 in the morning there is no front desk to check you in you have to use the outside phone I was on hold for 20 min when the lady showed up it was her first OMG got to the room and there was one raggedy pillow for two people the bed looked like from the roach motel and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke gross don't get your room here

Gone downhill

I have stayed here several times over the last 2 years, it was a nice place and a great value. My most recent stay the room stunk like a pet store, had to air it out for 1/2 hour plus buy air freshener. The door and windows looked like some one had broken in. There was no soap in bath room no dishes in kitchenette and worst of all for me as this was a business trip, I could not conect to the wifi in my room. Had to stand in the parking lot to work! Asked other guests they had no issue with it. I asked to move rooms but hotel was full. No attempt to resolve the issue was made by staff

I booked this hotel to save a little money having to stay an extra day in Colorado..honestly I should've spent 40 extra for a nicer hotel. My room was not ready by the 3:00 check in time. Then on the way to a room, I was greeted by a guy grilling right in his room's doorway.. smoke and all! the place seemed run down. The beds were hard and they only provide your bed with two pillows!
