Easy Airport Access

Pros: Location
Only stayed 1 night. Easy check in and out. Room was clean. The hotel is right on the highway so I asked for a room not facing the road. I didn't realize that it meant I would have an interior atrium review instead.

Good location but needs some updating

Pros: The location and the size of the room.
Cons: The bathroom, customer service, and elevator location.
Location: airport
The bathroom in this hotel sorely needs updating. There is only a small sink and no counter space. Also, the elevators are in a poor location. The registration agent was abrupt. I would not stay here again.

Good for a short stay

The room was quite clean and fairly comfortable, although quite dated. There has been some effort to update the carpet and beds, but the remainder of the room is quite old and dark. The view from the window was quite poor, although that really wasn't a priority for us. The shuttle service from the airport was convenient and on time. The staff was reasonably courteous. Although nothing special, this property is a good choice for a short stay.

Very Convenient and Welcoming

We were pleasantly surprised at the room quality and bed during our stay. Front desk personnel exceeded our expectation. The only issue was at the bar the woman working seemed rushed and not very cordial when we ordered food. Another bartender finished up for her and was a lot more attentive.

last min stay

Room was nice and clean , morning breakfast waiter was not very friendly . The two times I Asked for something he seemed annoyed and it bothered me . For some one who works for Tips you would think he would do a better job, I did tip him but it the min. Everything else was Wonderful.

Rooms need updating. Curtain hems sagging.

Pros: Location. Shuttle to the airport.
Cons: Please read my previous comments.
Location: I was only there one night and arrived late.
Tiny room, curtain stained and hem sagging. Too many kids roaming halls late, late at night. They were there for a basketball or volleyball tournament. So many people at breakfast, it was impossible to be served at breakfast.

Nothing special about this place.

Pros: The staff they were well dressed and professional.
Cons: The rooms could be better maintained.
Location: The location was ok lots of restaurants and stores near by.
No fridge or couch. The room was the only room available. Located next to the stairs and very noisy. No view to speak of and the elevator were slow and undependable. I was on the third floor and used the stairs because using the elevators was a hassle. I booked through Expedia and thought I was over charged.

Convenient to the interstate and the airport

Pros: Very close to my travel plan route.
Cons: Just wasn't in my comfort zone, nice place but not necessarily for me. Room and beds smalli. Nothing negative, but nothing that stood out as excellent
Location: Easy access to the interstate, Denver and the airport. Lots of franchise eating sources.
Nice hotel, very much in theme with conventions. Rooms felt more like dormitories.

Convenient to DIA

Pros: Free parking while we were out of town and shuttle service to and from DIA.
Not the fanciest place but clean and conveniently located by shuttle to DIA. There were a number of restaurant choices within walking distance and the hotel food was fine. The bar was casual and reasonably priced and a good place to people watch. There was a dog show going on nearby so we saw lots of GSP's.
