“My Horrible Experience at Days Inn In Colorado!!”

This has been the most scary and horrible experience I have ever experienced in a hotel in the United States!!!! I was in (Denver Colorado) The 'hotel' looks totally filthy from the outside. The clerks are confused in performing the registration tasks and gave me a non-activated key. Unsecured balconies, (To go my room I had to beg a 'client' in the middle of the balcony to hide with her 'PITBUL' dog). It took me a while to be able to access my 'room'. The place looks scary and isolated that I was so afraid even to order a pizza and spent the whole night without food. I was so afraid of the place I spent the whole night watching the door for any break in. The next morning I just checked out!!!!!! In my opinion, the whole 'hotel' needs to be destroyed and re-build!!!!! and of course!!! The 'continental breakfast' there are poster stating: "Clean after yourself!" ...cleaning is NOT included in the price . I will NOT recommend it to any other human being!!! I ended up MISSING my conference!!! workshops!!. My time and money at the convention was totally wasted!!

We canceled our reservation after the second night and found another hotel. We did not get any sleep as always a party outside our door. We did not feel safe and scared our kids.

Downtown, rough neighborhood, tiny AC unit, took 2 hours to cool down. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

“Sleeping in the slums”

WE were looking for something clean, not extra fancy, but near Invesco Field. We are from out of town, so not familiar with Denver's slummy areas, but thought if we atayed in a chain motel, we would at least be guaranteed something we could endure. Upon check-in we were given a room that was the filthiest I have ever seen. I can't believe they would actually allow people to stay there. There was a 1 1'2" gap underneath the door letting in LOTS of cold air, the carpet was filthy, the bathroom door had a broken hinge and wouldn't close properly, there were 6 different colors of nail polish smeared all over the vanity. I was appalled. They did move us to a different room(where the TV did not work) when we went to the desk and complained. After finding the TV didn't work they moved us again. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

“Just don't go outside your room”

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the neghborhood was much to be desired. There was a lady that lived at the hotel below us and when we got there she didn't say hello, she yelled at us not to park in front of her room because if we did her dog would bark all night at our vehicle. It was priced well for what we got, but I would not recommend it if you were to stay in Denver for serveral days.
