"Free Parking"...Only if you return early.Posted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: Easy access to downtown.
Cons: More parking & cleaner rooms.
The hotel is a bit outdated and is not the cleanest. I would also not consider this hotel to be in the "Downtown Denver" area. The Parking is free but they have very limited parking spaces which becomes an issue if you return to the hotel after 9 p.m.

Good place for reasonable pricePosted Aug 15, 2014
It was a good hotel for the 2 nights I stayed there. Did not have much parking, on a very busy street in Denver, but it was a fine place for sleeping after some big hikes!

Friendly staff in an interesting neighborhoodPosted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Convenient location to downtown. Friendly staff.
Cons: Desperately need more parking spaces. Not enough spaces for the number of rooms.
Location: Motel is very near the state capitol building and parks. Other businesses nearby. The homes in the area are old and interesting. Loud bar next door.
We were a little worried about the location, and had read about the shortage of parking spaces. The staff was friendly and helpful, and looked out for our well being and the security of our vehicle and bikes. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast was basic, but well supplied. We took a morning walk around the neighborhood, and enjoyed looking at the homes and established businesses. We felt safe. It met our needs and was in a convenient area. Lots to explore and see.

Good location but noisy. Difficult to feel "at home" here but if you just need a simple place to stay the night it will do. Parking tends to be an issue due to small lot.

Bus line. Convention center. 2 Star.Posted Jul 14, 2014
Bus during day 2.25. Cab at night 6$. I was by myself. Questionable neighbourhood. 7 11 next door. Room clean. Aircondioning worked good. Room dark. I had a good stay. Tried to be honest. Elevator out 2 of the 4 days. Could happen any where. Did not have time for continental breakfast. But that to me is usually a plus. Hope this helps. I m not a picky person. If u are add t s y somewhere more expensive.

Your hotel location was adequate and your staff very friendly. Good restaurants and near public transportation that was great. Thank You.

DisappointedPosted May 22, 2014
Pros: I liked the location. It was easy to get around in Denver from there.
I was disappointed in the neighborhood, which seemed to have a lot of homeless folks nearby. I didn't really want to step outside at night there.

Great for our needs.Posted Apr 23, 2014
Pros: Great staff.
Went to a show at the Fillmore. Kinda of gnarly part of town, but met great people at the hotel during 4/20 weekend.

Nicely renovatedPosted Apr 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very nice staff, the room was recently renovated and very nice. The electrical is old so little things like no light switch to turn on the light when you return and the lamps were dull. Also, no coffee maker in the room. Continental breakfast was ok but icky small Styrofoam cups, so you couldn't even get a good sized cup of coffee to bring back to your room.
