Hello Sky,As we replied, our maintanance techinician and housekeeping tested the AC unit again but works fine. It works by the remote control and the shower works good too. All of the staff members see this reply. We have been remodeling the building since ladt year. We replaced the old carpet with LVT floor, paint new, painting outside of the building and replace the old furniture with all new Days Inn Approved furniture. Replacing the furniture is 90% done as well. We are doing our best and we do really care our guests.

Yes there is a bar located next ro us, Next time you should request a room on the east side of the building away from the bar... Hopefully that will make your next stay a five star stay.

I am so sorry you feel wronged on this matter, but the facts are, it had nothing to do with Discrimination, your guest did not have a physical I.D and She had nothing for the required security deposit, both of these are issues that would normally exclude anyone from renting a room... we ended up calling the general manager and getting special permission to accept her non-payment and Improper I.D.

You did not even stay. The guests who left bad reviews are most likely about the neighborhood and homeless people outside of the property which is not the hotel can control. The hotel is very safe and never had any safety issues. Furthermore it has been remodeling since last year so it is getting better. I am sorry but you wasted of your money due to your prejudice.

Have you seen the prostitution? The hotel is safe and no one has any safety issues. It was your prejudice not to stay. When you leave a review please leave it based on the true story. The hotel management team is doing our best to make this place safe.
