If they are going to have secured parking, then the arms should be down all the time, and have to swipe your card everytime when you come and go. instead of having the arms up part of the time, and down part of the time.

too many "extra" charges

ac unit in our room was very very noisy when it would turn on & off according to the temp setting. pretty bad that a hotel labeled as a tech center charges extra for wifi , when po dunk super 8's have free wifi & parking charges were ridiculous should be free for guests.

Nice hotel

Was pleased with the staff, cleanliness, and overall room. I was a bit put off having to pay $10 per day for parking.

There was a scheduled power outage while there. Did make for a bit of inconvenience.... But hotel managed that fairly well.

Close to light rail

Didn't like staying in the tower, would have preferred to stay in a room in the main building. Check in time was 3pm, room not ready until 4:30pm

Nice hotel, lots of fees

They charged 10$ for parking and it wasn't valet. They charged 33$ for what was supposed top be a continental breakfast. It was nothing special. Mainly fruit and some biscuits. It was a nice hotel structurally, but I won't stay there again because of the fees.

Over Booked and Unsatisfactory

Pros: Staff was helpful
Cons: Supply the agreed upon rooms that were booked
Location: Nothing special
Had 2 rooms with two double beds reserved for 2 nights. Also had roll a ways booked for each room. Hotel only supplied 2 rooms with single beds and had no roll a ways available for either night. The hotel was over booked with a girls softball tournament in town over the 4th July weekend. Completely unacceptable that the lower cost Expedia rooms were left wanting while all other rooms under our booking category were sold out. I'll never use this service again.

Total upset!

Went to check in was only given a king bed for two adults and two 11yr old boys. Told reception I selected two beds on expedia. They apologized, but they only have one king beds available. They could give us a list of hotels with doubles available. We would have to go through expedia to get our money back. Not a good experience will never stay here again!
