Pros: location in Aurora related to roads and business
hotel is nice and clean with very kind and outgoing staff. lobby is incredibly busy with outside meetings in the business area. rooms offer few extras and ice machine does not work. its a basic room...the hotel location is its biggest plus.

Great staff, comfortable room, and a tasty b-fast.

Every staff member I encountered (including the person I checked-in with, restaurant staff, and the cleaning staff) was friendly, helpful, and (based on my experience and what I witnessed of others) demonstrated an awareness of guest needs. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet had eggs Benedict that was pretty good.

We were charge for orange juice and apple juice even though we purchased the breakfast buffet I really didn't think this was right

Nice breakfast buffet

The only thing we were not pleased with was check in. There was only one employee doing check in where there were 2 desks with availability for 4 employees. She had a long line and we waited 30 min to get checked in.

Cons: Several things.
The microwave did not work. Just the shoddy way the room was painted...caulked....you could tell the workmanship was shoddy. There were stains on the carpet...mirrors were dirty...the elevator had broken tiles. Just not something you should see at a Doubletree. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating.

Do not use if need an airport shuttle on sat am

Reserved with expedia per indication that they had an airport shuttle. Arrived at hotel only to find that on Saturdays the airport shuttle does not start until 7am and my flight was at 7am. Hotel staff really didn't seem to care that I was traveling alone and upset by this inconvenience and advised that there was nothing they could do for me as I booked thru expedia. Will not use them or expedia ever again.
