Terrific stay when we had an event on-sitePosted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: the front desk staff, the quality of items in the room, easy to get to right off the highway
Cons: It's got an odd setup, but that can't exactly be changed.
Location: conveniently right off the highway, our event was at the hotel, so we didn't explore near by
We didn't want to drive home after an event at the hotel, so we stayed the night. The room was super clean and had a nice touch of luxury in the details. Nicer furniture, great linens, spa level bathroom supplies. It was a terrific mini vacation!

Beautiful room, comfortable bed!Posted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: Low rates, awesome staff, beautiful facility, spacious rooms, comfortable bed/pillows, and who doesn't love the fresh cookies and water?!?!?
Wonderful experience all around! Beautiful hotel that is clean and well kept. Spacious rooms with comfortable bed/pillows. Wonderful staff that were all so pleasant at check in and check out. Also, my husband arrived several hours after me and stopped at the front desk to ask for more creamer and coffee for the morning since I had already consumed it while waiting for him and the staff member offered to bring the creamer to the room either "shortly" or first thing in the morning because they were out at the front desk and needed to get more.

Nice staff, nice hotel, way overpriced, outdatedPosted Mar 28, 2015
Pros: It's a well designed hotel that does have some nice luxurious decor. Then you have the paint and carpet and it ruins whatever was appealing.
Cons: Maybe after things continue to fall apart for another 5-10 years they will spend money to start replacing things.
Location: As a non-business visitor, I find that this area is particularly out of the way from anything I had interest in. It has some nice restaurants nearby.
I stayed in both a king room with mountain view and spent 2 nights in a junior suite with a jetted tub. The king room was very small, but did have a nice view. It was $144 with tax. The TV was very old and only had about 30 channels, the signal was pretty bad and the TV wasn't clear. Oh well, I wasn't there to watch TV. The junior suites were the huge disappointment. I paid almost $600 for 2 nights in this room. The entire hotel is in need of updating, the decor is 80s/90s and is showing its age in terms of wear also. This sticks out like an eyesore when you're paying to stay in one of their entry level luxury suites. The tub was nice, but even it was old and had some minor issues. But when you have a shower that is 10 years old at least, it's going to have pieces broken, and when you leave it like that, it really makes me wonder why I just paid you part of a mortgage for my stay here. Unacceptable for what you get, I will not be staying here again.

Not enough electrical plugs at bedside. Climate control behind TV so you cannot read it! No light above shower area No drinking water bottles in room

OK, but underwhelming...Posted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: Access to I25. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Nothing regarding food and beverage, coffee shop or even parking was conveyed upon check in. I was handed a key and that was that...
we were a family of four. There were only 2 towels in the room. Room was very tight, not really enough space for 4 pp. Coffee shop was closed during our stay. Room service was available, but a bit pricey. Pool was tiny.

Romantic WeekendPosted Feb 19, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, warm cookies at the front desk, whirlpool tub, room service
My wife and I stayed here one night on a much needed getaway from our 3 little kids. We booked a junior suite. It looked exactly like the pictures. About 5 minutes after we arrived in our room the front desk called to make sure everything in our room was ok. I'm glad he did call becuase we only had one robe. I let him know and he apologized and sent aonther one up. Saved me the call. Great service! The whirlpool tub was massive and very nice. The bed was comfy as well. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was pretty good (belgian waffle and omelet). We will definitely stay here again. If you are thinking of staying here I highly recommend booking a junior suite. It is worth the extra money.

Comfort, Quality, Quiet & ServicePosted Jan 28, 2015 on Hotels.com
The hotel is just far enough off I-25 that you don't hear the traffic but can reach the hotel easily. Check-in and -out were very simple and the staff were courteous and genuinely welcoming. This is a large hotel with several wings, so navigating it and the parking lot is easiest when you ask for directions. The room was beautiful and comfortable in every way. Extraordinarily good beds. No sandpaper-like towels. Amazingly quiet. While breakfast menu items sounded good, we opted for a family favorite one exit north of the hotel--The Original Pancake House. For miles in any direction of the hotel the shopping and dining options are great. IKEA and the light rail line to downtown are each just a few minutes away. Would stay here again without hesitation.
