“not impressed”

When I arrived in my room the television and phones were unplugged. AND, there was a table lamp with no light-bulb, but it WAS plugged in!!!!! Traveling with a curious five-year old, who spotted this first. Very dangerous.

“Tiny rooms for families!”

We were disappointed with this hotel. We booked for our family of five to stay for a weekend vacation. Price was good but the rooms are very small. Requested a roll-away, but forgot to put in room. We called upon getting to the room and they delivered it promptly, but then charged us an additional $30 per night. Once the roll away was set up we could hardly move about the room at all. Great cookies though!

“Denver Trip”

Hotel is in a good location, the staff was friendly and tried to please, but house-keeping was a issue. Had to call every day for some items that were not left, such as face cloths, toilet tissue, etc. Front desk was great, they held our room till midnight because our flight was late getting in, they gave us warm chocolate chip cookies each night, and they allowed us to stay 2hrs. passed checkout with no extra charge because we had a late flight. Room was quite and comfortable, I would stay here again.

It was a nice hotel but they did not leave enough coffee and they do not have a microwave or refridgerator and they have a bottle of water they wanted 4.00 for it. I think they were over priced on all of their things.

“Very bad service”

Reception was very slow and unhelpful. In the morning when we requested assistance to take our luggage to the car the length of time before someone arrived was unacceptable. We would not stay here again.

“Great place”

Wasn't sure about location since we really didn't know Denver area well. Was afraid this may be too far out, but it turned out to be perfect. Close to everything, yet didn't have to deal with extra charge for downtown parking like some hotels charge. Close to everything, but far enough away.

“Very impressed.”

This hotel was definitely way above my expectations!! We will absolutely stay there again. Everyone was friendly, the place was very clean and nicely decorated, the breakfast was excellent, and the mountain view from our room was wonderful. We will stay at this hotel again without a doubt.

“SLC where to stay close to airport”

The hotel and the room were very great. Room was big, the bed really comfortable and the staff couldn't have been more nice and helpful. Close to downtown (10-15 min) and also very close to the airport. Don't hesitate to go there.

“Large Hotel for the Masses”

This hotel was quite large, and noisy. Perhaps it was the weekend that I was there, but there were too many kids running around. The hotel tries to be high end, but fails. There is no comfortable area for gathering, with only two small chairs in the reception area, a few footrest/seats, a couch further away, and a few tables in the lounge. This hotel caters to large weddings and gatherings, which is evident by the large ballroom and a small room (or fishbowl) with formal table settings to show off how extravagant your wedding will appear to be. Not impressed. Should have stayed at the Residence Inn. However, they do allow dogs.

Area recommendations

Not Westminster. The mall is abandoned and being demo'd. I liked Golden, CO.
