Overall a good value. Room was clean staff friendly . Good gym. Downsides are littered parking lot . No free coffee in lobby. Dated carpet and smoky smell

Our stay was great, room was nice and clean and the food was good at the breakfast buffet. Only thing I didn't love was the pool area. Needs an update and better upkeep.

The properties in poor condition and needs a renovation. Upon arrival the first room, I had the toilet flush I moved to a second row, the shower dripping and couldn’t turn it off. I actually moved to a third room and the toilet leaked from around the base. This place is in desperate need of work

This was the best hotel I've stayed in. The staff was amazing and the dinner at the Treehouse restaraunt on site was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was very clean and the food was pretty good. The staff was nice and attentive. You only get 40 Chanel’s on tv. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The shower curtains always allow water to puddle up on the floor. Those are just little things though. I would stay there again.

Hot tub was gross and smelt like sewage, rooms were run down and had water damage and looked and smelled like a very old hotel that just got painted over, my tub never drained and complained about it twice and was never fixed, the bathrooms had no ventilation so you took one shower and the whole room was steaming hot, I ’m completely disappointed the pictures look nothing like the actual hotel and my stay was horrible to say the least.

Checking in too over 10 minutes because no one was at the front. They didn't check my ID. They double charged my card as well. The bed was nice. The room was as advertised. The bathroom wasnt clean tho.

The building on the outside is VERY dated. The windows desperately need to be cleaned. Such a beautiful view of the mountains and you can't see them for all the dirt!! Inside they have updated however, it was in need of repair. There were buckets on the floor I was staying on in the hallway. The doors to the rooms look terrible. Bathroom was to small. The bed & pillows were very comfortable.

I called on Thursday nite to verify the pool & hotub we’re open. Was told yes. Then on Saturday morning they were closed. Plus WiFi was out on Saturday and the ice machine wasn’t working either. The beds were great and the room was clean and nice. Overall not what I’m used to from a Double Tree

The front desk checkin was horrible when we arrived. I had 3 rooms booked, we were all supposed to be on the same floor and we were not, we prepaid our rooms and were told we did not and had to pay twice. That was fixed ultimately. We were able to move one of our rooms the next day but it was far far from our other 2 rooms. We were supposed to have had a cot in one of the rooms. We didn’t and told that they did not have cots. We found out later that they did have cots. The same desk clerk that did all of the above also charged us for extra bed sheets and pillows for a sofa bed in our room. She was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a Hilton. Ethan another desk clerk was great on the other hand and helped in every way he could. Otherwise rooms were great and pool was as well. Jean the desk clerk we first encountered when we arrived was unpleasant and caused a lot of issues where there shouldn’t have been any.

Chipped tile in the shower, mildew in the shower. Dirty walls in the bathroom with brown substance splattered on the bathroom walls. Dead bugs on the floor, someone else's hair on the floor. Bedsheets did not extend to the bottom of the beds- almost as if a twin size sheet had been put on a queen bed sideways. Duvet had feet prints on it. One of the rooms rented- the towel rod fell off and crashed to the floor in the middle of the night. Shower rod was loose and not securely bolted to the wall- couldn't even hang a towel from it without it pulling away from the wall.

Overall my stay was good but there are things that need to be addressed. I read in a review that was months old about buckets in the hall catching water from leaking pipes, I was shocked to see them still there. I would give my room a good rating, was clean but a bit worn out. Staff was just friendly enough to do their job. Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and good at their job. Outside landscaping was terrible and hotel should romove smoking sitting area, had homeless doing drugs and passing out in this area. Eliminate sitting area and you eliminate the attraction. I would stay there again but if problems not resolved I would not return.
