“Great service and location”

Excellent service. Allowed me to check in early, which was a convenience, since I arrived early the day of the start of the women's basketball Final Four and wanted to take a nap before going to the game. Good location, within walking distance of the 16th St. Mall, the Pepsi Center, and other attractions. Great local food places close by such as Pizza Fusion and City Grille. Lots of nice locally owned taverns and bars. Got taxi service fairly easy when walking on Colfax. People complain about the "neighborhood," but unless you've never been to a big city like New York, this shouldn't surprise you# I never felt threatened, walking as a woman alone, and I liked the proximity to downtown as well as all the local shopping on Broadway# Could the continental breakfast be better? Yes, but that's true of just about everyplace that offers it# Some days there were bagels and sometimes not but always coffee, danish and fruit# If you want breakfast, there are good diners within a short walk#

“noisy, but affordable”

we stayed on a friday and saturday night. both nights there were guests that were very loud, waking one person from our party of six on and off throughout both evenings. at breakfast OJ ran out quickly since the machine was out of order. by the second morning, it was fixed. across the street is a tasty mediterranian restaurant, which was one of the best meals we had all weekend. good neighborhoods within walking distance. id stay here again, but wouldnt say i was looking forward to the state of the hotel. but its affordable and in a cool denver neighborhood.

“convienent location, awful breakfast”

The location was perfect for our vacation and the view from our room was wonderful but the breakfast was very limited and stale. The parking lot was very small, luckily we stayed mid week so it wasn't hard to get a spot.

“Okay hotel, no frills”

This is a good place to stay if you are going to a show on E Colfax, but that's the only reason I would stay there. There was no kitchenette at all and only 4 stations on the tv, 2 of which were blurry. Location is the only thing they have going for them.

“Great location, grumpy staff, bad parking”

The location is close enough to downtown to suit anyone but the front desk person in the afternoon is HORRIBLY grumpy. He growled every time we went past -- if we were even acknowledged at all. The secure parking lot around the hotel is very small so we were forced to park in an open, UNsecure parking lot around the back of another building with no security. It was very scary for the two of us (women) to walk from our car to the hotel through homeless people and drunk bar patrons.

“Meh.”

This hotel is an older building that has been redone recently. As such, there are pipes along the edges of the ceiling that have been painted to match the room, and the bathroom is quite small. The parking was difficult because the hotel was full the weekend we were there (Football Season), and there were more rooms than parking spaces. I parked about a block away on a side street and then walked back. It's a good room for the price, with a good location near LoDo, Invesco Field, etc, but it's also an economy hotel, and it shows.

“no complain near downtown”

The surrounding is road and restaurant, it's noisy actually. But if you don't mind, and prefer a place near downtown as well as good price, maybe you could choose.

“It's enough for the price”

If you won't stay much time at hotel, then it's Ok. The room was clean, however, the breakfast was poor. It's near from downtown, but in a ugly location. Just for come back at night. The prices are good.

“Meh.”

Everything was so-so, if not a little on the disappointing side. Convenient location, two blocks from the concert we were in town to see. The room and the premises in general were fairly clean but a little run down. Parking was a pain in the behind. I expected a little more for the price, but maybe that's just how it is downtown...

“Nice Stay..”

They are in a great location, close to alot of resturants and night life. Service was good, room was clean. But the road noise and outside noise was dreadful. After a long night out the last thing you want to wake you up is a garbage truck outside your window then clean carts being pushed back in forth by your door sounded like someone was skateboarding.Other than that is was a great expereince.
