“Nice”
Good Place. Older Embassy Suites setup, but still nice.
“Great staff”
We stayed at the Embassy Suites for 5 nights. (Two booked with Expedia and 3 with a conference my husband attended). The breakfast was delicious. We also ate at the hotel two nights and the food was great and reasonably priced. We would go back!
“Excellent rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast”
An excellent place to stay for a reasonable price. Comfortable beds, beautiful social area, very tasty custom omelettes for breakfast. Shower pressure a little low, but otherwise excellent. Staff was friendly and flexible. Hotel conveniently located right off of the major East-West highway. I would definitely stay here again.
“Huge room! Great breakfast!”
The hotel was beautiful, with an open courtyard several stories high and glass elevators within the courtyard. The rooms are aranged around the outside walls of the building with a walkway and railing overlooking the open space of the courtyard. The room was much more luxurious in size and space than I expected. The complementary breakfast wasn't just a typical continental breakfast. There were actually chefs making omelets, eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes to your order! Yum!
“Overall - a good stay”
We wanted to stay in downtown Denver but due to a convention there were no rooms available. We ended up staying at the Embassy Suites in Aurora. The hotel itself was great - love the happy hour and wonderful breakfast. The restaurant was fine and the staff was super. But - you are away from anything and if the cab doesn't show up - you're sunk. The staff credited us with a free dinner after we had a problem getting a cab to get to our meeting. They did their best to help but we were all at the mercy of the cab company. They HAVE to fix that if they want people to stay out that far from businesses. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
“Enbassy Suites - worth every penny”
The Embassy was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay while visiting family in Denver - easy access to I-70, with shopping centers and a mulitiude of neighboring eateries within minutes of the hotel. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable and QUIET. The complimentary made-to-order breakfast along with a varied selection of buffet items were outstanding, and the staff that prepared those meals delightful - a nice way to start the morning. The complimentary managers reception each evening was a bonus, and great way to unwind after a day in the "city". The staff was friendly and efficient, and welcoming/comfortable "sitting areas" were located throughout the first floor of the hotel. There was plenty of space to park (& no charge- an extra bonus if you have ever stayed in downtown Denver hotels and had to "pay" the garage fee) The only negative experience happened when we invited our sons to join us for supper at the hotel, and were disappointed in the quality of the food, as everything else in the hotel had exceeded our expectations. The food that was not awful, just average. My husband and I have stayed in two different 4 star hotels in downtown Denver on prior visits, but the Embassy outranked both of them in comfort, affordability, and hospitality. Without a doubt, the Embassy Suites will be our "home away from home" when visiting our family in Denver.
“LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING BACK”
STAFF WAS FRIENDLY,ESPECIALLY THE BREAKFAST FOLKS.ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN,BED COMFORTABLE AND VERY RELAXING.
“location”
the hotel is convient location for airport and interstate access. had quiet and clean comfortable room and a wonderful cook to order breakfast.
“Highly Recommended!”
Terrific service, from the minute we walked into the front lobby! The breakfast is outstanding... not only the food (and the variety!), but the employees who are serving it!
“Beautiful hotel but nothing within walking distance to hotel”
All rooms are suites with a bedroom and a sitting room with a door between them. The restaurant food leaves a lot to be desired. They told us the vegatable of the day was broccoli, but we were served squash. The steaks had a lot of fat and grisle and were overdone. One of the chicken dishes said it had tomato sauce, but was served with raw tomatos. The beds had both foam and feather pillows. Since I am allergic to feathers, I put them in a drawer and put the other 2 foam pillows in the drawer on the bed. On my last night, they put the feather pillows back on the bed.
