“Spectacular Hotel”

This is a great hotel! Clean, people were friendly and close to airport. Who could ask for more?

“Nice inside out”

I can;t understand all these people who rate this hotel at 3. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is good. What else do you ecxpect?

For business, they have high-speed (eth cable) access in the room AND wireless in the lobby. Nice two room suite, comfortable bed, close to airport, shuttle to drop off the rental car the night before, pool and workout room for a.m. exercise, an expansive complementary breakfast, free newspaper, and free bottle of water on the airport shuttle. For family, the pull-out was full size, there was a door between the two rooms, the pool was 3-5 feet deep and so manageable for kids, breakfast had enough selection to please everyone. The airport shuttle made it easy to avoid schlepping all the luggage, all the kids, and the rental car in the a.m.

“Will stay again”

Everybody was so nice. Room service was quick. Shuttle to airport wonderful. The fact that I could leave my car there for a week has so helpful. I got delivered right to the airport dropoff and didn't have to drag my suitcast.

“Fantastic Value”

We stayed here 2 separate nights with family of 5, including 3 children under 9. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. My children loved the pool and the ease of the hotel. We took advantage of the managers cocktail hour and the buffet breakfast which was included in the meal. The breakfast was great, and made it so much more efficient to get the children fed and out to the airport in the morning. All the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again.

“Hotel Nice, Shuttle Joke”

Shuttle service to airport touted as one of the best, supposedly runs every 30 min. Got me to the airport, no problem. When it came to picking me up from the airport on my return trip, it was literally a joke. Called them as soon as I arrived to baggage area and they gave me directions as to where to meet the shuttle. Go out door number 511 and wait on the 3rd island, which is exactly what I did after getting my single checked bag, which was one of the first to come out. About 15 min later I see an embassy suites shuttle driving right on past in the fast lane, not in the lane to pull up to the islands and just kept on going despite my waving and whistling. It was van 3. I patiently waited for another 30 min and still no shuttle van. I walked all the way back inside the airport with my checked bag and 2 carry ons in tow. Walked all the way back down to the phone bank and called embassy suites again. They advised another van would arrive within about 5 min. I walked back out door 511 went to the 3rd island and waited again. It was approx 20 more minutes until they showed up and guess what van it was.....yep, #3. We get back to the hotel and there in the parking lot sat their other 2 vans...#1 & #2 which apparently weren't even being used. Not sure where the blame lies, but it was 1 1/2 hrs after my flight landed and me initially calling them that I finally got picked up.

“Really terrific”

This is a really well run hotel, with some of the nicest rooms I have had the pleasure of staying in. It appears to be very new, the suites are spacious and unusually well furnished. The service was outstanding as well. About the only thing I would change is the coffee, which was mediocre. Overall, I was really knocked out.
