Clean, lovely with lots of amenities

Posted Jun 30, 2015
Big, clean and comfy suite with private bedroom. Nice indoor pool and outdoor hottub...clean fitness center with good equipment. Best part was the complimentary happy hour and hot breakfast buffet with wonderful omlets made to order. Only suggestion for breakfast would be to have a separate omlet station and coffee station as the line was slow and people had to cut in to get beverages. Wonderful stay...would definitely recommend!

UNKEPT AND UNPREPARED

Posted Jun 30, 2015
I chose this hotel because of the brand name and proximity to the airport - expecting it to equal other chain properties - NOT! This place is in bad need of an update - facilities and management. I checked in at 4 PM on a Sunday - when I got to my floor - open dirty dish trays had been left at multiple doors since the morning. Bell carts blocked the walkway. The room was okay - but the carpet was old and needed replacement or a REALLY good cleaning. I went to a meeting and returned about 9 PM. To my surprise - there was not a parking space to be had - the entire lot was full - cars were driving around trying to find a space - I ended up having to park (along with a lot of others) on the street down from the hotel. I gently shared the problems with the front desk - I got a shrug - not even an apology. I will not be returning - and suggest you avoid it as well.

Yellowstone bound

Pros: food and service was good
Location: location was great near airport
I have stayed before at Embassy's but this particular one was not up to par. The sofa and carpet were dirty and needed replacing. I prefer "real" plants and not artificial plants on each balcony and real fish in pond/fountain as other locations

Decent Hotel near the Airport

Posted Jun 5, 2015
Pros: Clean, quiet
Cons: Not much.
Location: Don't know, I was there on business.
As Embassy Suites go, this one is better than average. Clean, quiet, with a heavy business clientele, so not so many kids running around, which is good for an airport hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant surprisingly good. I would stay there again.

Pros: Love the breakfast in the AM and all rooms.
Location: Stayed at the Holiday Inn across street before leaving on trip and staff un friendly!!! We rebooked a stay with you on the way home. Nice!

Excellent and Convenient

From the moment we walked on we were made to feel welcome. As with all the other Embassy Suites hotels, the value, service, and comfort were high-class. The convenience of proximity to the airport as well as the complimentary shuttle helped immensely!

Very helpful staff and shuttles.

Stayed one night after staying a week elsewhere. Wish we would have stayed there the whole time. Shuttle picked us up from dropping off our rental and brought us to the airport the next morning and was always on time.

good hotel for overnight stay for airport

Posted May 8, 2015
Pros: Close to DIA.
Cons: Since you can't move the bar, probably nothing.
Location: Handy for DIA
Good hotel for airport access. Room clean, bed comfortable. Very noisy in late evening from central bar location downstairs. Not good when you need an early morning call for the shuttle. Good long term parking.

Excellent meeting place for families

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Breakfast choices. Open air feeling in the main atrium.
Cons: I have no suggestions for a remedy but there are no attractions nearby. Maybe a scheduled excursion bus to downtown or a mall.
Location: Not enough.
We really enjoyed our stay. Our niece got married and we were able to get together with our California and Colorado relatives. Breakfast and happy hour were highlights of the stay.
