“Denver Stay”

The hotel staff desk clerk was very, very helpful and she made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay. The room was clean and spacious for the fee charged. The location was very convenient to the interstate and good places to eat. I will be staying at other extended stays if this is the norm.

i thought it was a super place to stay, good access to freeways and shopping areas are not far away. quiet area, slept very well.

“Decent place, great polite staff.”

A basic room for a week, comfortable enough for two people, generally quiet. The biggest plus was the staff, including their willingness to supply comb, toothbrush, etc, if you forgot to pack one. I would stay there again, in a heartbeat. Only negatives to an otherwise perfect stay, were cobwebs in a lampshade (they came up and fixed it), and two fire alarms during the week of my stay. Both in the morning, none in the overnight.

Great value for the Denver area. A bit out of the way, but still convenient to major roads. The staff were friendly and ready to help. We had a bit of a key issue, but they resolved it immediately. The room was comfortable enough and clean. For someone needing a kitchen, it was sufficient. We'll consider this one of our "go to" places when in Denver, and needing to be on a budget.

Room and staff were good. Nice to have a kitchenette at this price. Comfortable bed. Exterior of hotel leaves a bit to be desired-- the breezeway/ outside elevator area a bit grubby (stained concrete area/ s bit of trash in elevator)...so they should put some attention there--- but the room was just what I needed. Nothing fancy but more than adequate.

“Nice to have the little kitchen”

I only stayed here one night for a job interview. Everything worked, and the bed was ok. I got the sense that they had some longer term residents, but they weren't too noisy. It's not the Ritz, but the price was very affordable and I like having an equipped kitchen to eat in.

This is a great place if you are not looking for ll the extra frills. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I stay hear when I have to work late and do not feel like driving home. People need to set their expectations a little lower when they are paying such a cheap price. This hotel is not full of a ton of amenities which is fine by me.
