“Not impressed. Throwback to the 80's.”

Hotel staff was very nice but the hotel was not modern, very old. The beds were hard as a rock and no maid service at all. Rooms were clean but made you wonder. Felt like I was back in the 80s. Not easy to find, not close to any attractions, lots of rowdy and loud people staying in the hotel. Felt like it was a local hotel that kids went to to trash rooms and drink/party.

“Other choices in the area”

The rate was inexpensive however I would not stay there again. Bathroom floor was not clean. Bed was too soft. Road noise was annoying.

“three alarm motel”

Hotel has a manager that goes between two locations and seldom is there late @ night or before 7am. On the first day I had just gone to bed when a blaring fire alarm (bank volume) siren went off just outside my room. It has to stay on until turned off by the fire dept. I asked later how often this happens. They said almost never. They blamed it on someone burning bacon in a hotel room kitchenette. Day 2, a lady outside my room yelling about how they took her room and she has no car and she hates the a-hole hotel employees..blah blah blah. Yes people are living here. Every pipe is loud and every footstep upstairs sounds like the moving of furniture. Day three I worked all night. Daybreak I go to bed and the fire alarm goes off again, another 15-20 minutes of hell. Key didn't work in laundry room, washer flooded floor. Other washer had a note to guests saying it was broken and a repair call had been made. Tv is old type and low tech. Has fuzzy cable. Lamp was broken, I fixed it. Room was very motel 6'ish but clean, though barebones. Full size refridge, decent micro etc. Bed ok, no closet just a declevity in wall. Parking full up. No shade. A/C worked well. No computer access, and when I asked them to fax or make a photocopy they said their equipment was broken. No coffee or shampoo. Trash piled high at staircase all night. Gross to open door.

“Disappointed”

We had booked 2 non-smoking rooms. 2 were available, however, one did not have a TV set in it. We had to take one smoking room. In the smoking room the recliner was broken. We were on the 3rd floor, but the elevator was broken, so we had to climb stairs to get to our rooms. The checkin clerk, was pleasant, however, she did not seem too compentent. It took 20 minutes to check in.

“Cost me to much money”

The hotel had no shampoo or other basic emenities. The hotel across the street is where I will stay next year.

“Not a pleasant experience.”

I was provided a room that did not obviously receive a visit from the exterminator in quite some time...I will leave it at that.

“Stay Away”

Stay away from this hotel. I requested a non-smoking room with a king sized bed, and instead they put me up in a smoking room with two twin beds. When I called them and complained they simply said that sometimes customers would smoke in their non-smoking room so I could either call Expedia or stay in the room for my stay. The customer service was awful here and I will never be going back to this hotel or any other Extended Stay America hotel.

“DIRTY AND NOISEY!”

The hotel room stunk, the recliner was nasty and broken. The room next door kept throwing loud beer parties all night. The desk manger was rude and didn't respect anyone. For the price i felt it should have been nicer.

“Not impressed.”

When I checked in, they did not have the room I requested with a queen size bed; they only had a room with two twin beds. I'm over fifty so this was a real inconvenience. The beds had very cheaply made box springs that squeaked with every little movement, which woke me numerous times each of my three nights. My room was changed the last night to one with a squeaking queen bed, but that room was messy with stained floors and the shower and sink had little if any water pressure.
