Not unless you have no place else to go

Pros: Proximity to mall
Cons: Everything
This hotel is the worst. When I checked in,there was a broken window in the room, so it was stuck open. The room was "non smoking" but smelled like smoke and the furniture had cigarette burns. A small sliver of soap was provided, but no other toiletries. I borrowed a hair drier at the desk and it did not work. My colleague's room was full of cat hair; I found a flea. I don't think there was only one. Dump!

Pros: Low price.
Cons: Skimpy breakfast.
Location: Good.
Although it is an older building than some of the more recently built ones, it was nevertheless very clean and well maintained. There were no mechanical flaws. However, breakfasts were so-so at best. Fortunately, a Panera Bread is within walking distance. On balance this hotel is okay and very average.

Absolutely Pleasant Experience

I have no idea why this hotel has so many poor reviews. I stayed here for only night after I had a breast augmentation near by so I would be able to make my next day appointment as I live more than an hour away. The staff was amazingly accommodating - they allowed us a very early check-in so I could get settled before my one o'clock appointment, put us on the first floor right next to the lobby so I wouldn't have to walk far afterwards and were just all around wonderful to talk to. There was no smell of smoke, the room was perfectly clean and there is a FULL mini kitchen complete with a stove top. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of sink space and the tv was new and very much an acceptable size and quality. My very only minor complaint would be that the mattresses were a little firm for my taste but certainly acceptable for a single night. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area,

Mediocre hotel, rude staff, decent price
Posted Jan 28, 2013
Pros: I would ONLY recommend this to a friend because the location is the best option for the reason I or my friends would be there.
Cons: Somewhat rude staff, lower quality feel, no shampoo in the room (perhaps normal for extended stays??)
Location: Convenient for my purposes; however, there are many better options in the area.
Stayed there several times on different occasions. Good for the price but has a lower quality feel. The staff I interacted with were somewhat rude (curt at best) while seeming inconvenienced to talk to me. When I arrived for check-in I stood at the desk in front of an employee that was on the phone (with a manager or boss) & not only ignored my arrival but stayed on the phone for over 5 minutes talking about small things that were clearly not time sensitive. In the service industry, it's obvious his manager would've wanted him to be put on hold to greet and help me before finishing their conversation. It was very irritating. The other (perhaps small inconvenience) was the room did not have shampoo, just a vending machine where you could buy overpriced small bottles. Perhaps normal at an extended stay (?), but I travel a lot & never encountered it before. Otherwise, the hotel was quiet & felt average in quality. I would "recommend" to a friend ONLY because the price is decent as it's the best location possible for the reason I was there. If you don't mind paying a few bucks more & this location isn't crucial, look elsewhere. Also note, the first time I stayed there I was charged by Expedia then the hotel charged the full-room rate on the card I provided for "incidentals". Fortunately, I saw this on my CC statement & the hotel happily reimbursed me... But what if I had not caught this?! Be sure to check your charges after. This was NOT an error by Expedia; it was the hotel.
