Acceptable and fulfill our needs.

Pros: Its location and closed to the shopping mall.
Cons: Provide clear procedures and instructions about various services.
Location: It is near to various shopping malls, bowling lanes, and movie theater.
Provided us all our basic needs: breakfast, cooking facilities, laundry...

Don't check in after midnight

Upon arrival- the employee was rude because I woke him up to get checked in. He checked the room and it was dirty so he gave me another. It was 15* outside and snowing and entering the room- the a/c was in high. When the employee checked the room- why was the a/c even on? My wife got the room thru your site and I was double charged for a pre-paid room. This was by far the most horrible nights I've had.

Checked in and upon opening door found the t.v. was on, bedspread was off and room dark. I assume the room was occupied and left without entering. The halls smelled of curry.

My brother was on his way home the night of the snow storm in Denver. I reserved this room so he wouldn't have to drive clear to Colorado Springs. Unfortunately he had nothing with him and was counting on the hotel having toiletries for his shower the next morning. Not only were there no toiletries, except for a single bar of soap, there wasn't even a glass to drink from. He also found hair all over the toilet seat.

After a 40 Min drive from Denver International I arrived at the original Extended Stay only to be told they were overbooked and had to drive another 15 mins to a different hotel. They did call, 40 mins before I arrived, however since I didn't recognize the number it went to vmail. Regardless, calling 40 mins before my check in is lame. The second ES I waited 15 mins for the counter person to come back to check me in. I had to call twice on the internal phone and explain that I'd been traveling for 20 hours and would really like to check in. The room was small and reminded me of a 1970's hostel. All that was missing was the orange patterned carpet and green wallpaper. Other than the above...I slept there... Next time I'll look to a Courtyard by Marriot. For the same price I could have had a much better room and experience.

By far the worst place you could choose in that area. Employee had their kid walking on the counter when I checked in and not to mention it took 45 minutes for them to tell me my room wasn't available. They blamed that on hotels.com. I do not recommend this hotel or chain for that matter to anyone.

Hotel staff were not friendly or professional. Was transferred to a different property and was not informed until I tried to check in. Other property staff were not friendly at all. There was a trainer and trainee. Trainee was arguing with trainer about providing service to me and that was very unprofessional. After check in, I went to my room and cards didn't work. Had to walk back to office and get them reset. No wash cloth in bathroom. Had to use dish rag to wash myself. Dirty towels in bathroom too. Air didnt work very well. Couldn't obtain a receipt at checkout. Was told I had to obtain it through expedia. Was bad from the beginning and got worse along the way. Will never stay there again.

Saw a concert, booked on hotels.com, late check in. Front desk clerk was having trouble finding available room. Must have double booked. Our room was not cleaned, used linnens, no towels. As it was midnight and we had to leave fairly early, we stayed in the room as there were no clean rooms they could offer. He noted the problem and the morning clerk apologized and assured me a manager would email me a voucher for a free stay. Never heard from anyone and without receiving a voucher it seems like a very low quality stay for $100+. Would never recommend this place if nothing is done to honor what was promised.
