This property advertises full kitchens but when you get to your room there is nothing in the kitchen….no cookware, no plates, no glasses…every drawer and cabinet is empty. When you turn on the tv, the hotel channel says if you need kitchenware, it’s free just ask at the front desk. At the front desk they will sell you all that for around $100. Skip this property unless you like the smell of smoke and pot.

The service desk lacked professionalism. Upon arrival I was told there were no rooms available, but could upgrade for a few for an available room. The room was unacceptably dirty and had a foul odor. If I wasn't so exhausted I would have demanded a refund that night.

Our room was very dirty. There was still food around the burners on the stove, the trash under the kitchen sink hadn’t been emptied, it looked like nothing had been wiped down, and overall nothing looked liked it was cleaned. We only saw one staff member, that was when we checked in, every other time we went to the front for questions no one was there. There is no coffee in the whole building, including in the rooms, and no coffee pots. The only toilet paper that we were given was what was on the roll, no extra. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've never been so worried about staying at a hotel in my life. I don't live that far away and I wish I had simply driven home. Noisy A/C, holes in the walls, not 1 mirror in the entire room or bathroom, TV would not work, middle of bed sagged, sheets were badly worn, dusty (carpet was torn up in hallway and dirty was tracking everywhere). I guess I'm lucky there were no bed bugs!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION...EVER!

I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s the only place available. Advertising a pool but totally closed up was a huge inconvenience. Had druggies staying there and constantly asking for money or cigarettes. Room was not bad but when I wanted another set of towels, I was told I had to gather all the dirty towels and bring them to front desk for clean towels. I declined since it was an inconvenience. Hallway leading to room smelled like smoke. Also, make sure all adults have some sort of ID in order to stay here. Definitely won’t stay here again. Waste of money I can’t get back. 👎👎

This was a family trip and kids wanted a outdoor pool. The pool hadnt been touched all summer, leaves collecting at the bottom. The tub in the bath tub looked like a mop bucket was emptied and never cleaned out. We had no bedding for the pull out couch. The mattress was torn and stained. When we asked for bedding we were given a sheet. We asked a 2nd night and was told "people steal the blankets and they have no extra bedding." The 3rd night a different employee Eric was working and he gave us a blanket. It was a place to sleep and overall I did feel safe, but thats about it very disappointed that hotels.com would have this as 6/10. I contected hotels.com about getting a refund and going somewhere else but they never got back to me either. False advertisement the pool hasnt been running all year and thats the main reason we booked this hotel.

This property was not clean at all. The front desk staff was extremely disorganized but tried to be friendly. 3 of the 4 people our party dealt with said it was their 1st day. One of our groups wasn’t able to get their room until after midnight. Most disappointing was the cleanliness of the room, I pulled chairs out from the kitchen “bar” and they were very dusty and had food particles on them. (Yuck) Tried to pull a drawer out in the bathroom and the front of the drawer fell off. Found a grappling hook in one of the drawers (whaaa?), anyway I will not return. The entire property smelled musty and looked dirty. We were told they only have one housekeeper for the entire property.

room had a weird smell and bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Very unprofessional because they stole from me. I was placed on the do not rent list after I quit this place a month back and had no clue. the new employees still checked me in and now I’m asking for a refund and out of spite I’m being ignored. The district manager, Peter, also bribed me in different ways to come back and work for him and when I turned him down, he got sour and mean in our emails. This place is foul and nothing works! Slowly getting rid of the black and brown people as well.

ESA canceled Reservation & Kept $101.40
Learned upon arrival from front desk employee that reservation was canceled by Extended Stay because Hotels.com over booked. Was asked if I received a message. I did not. I asked for options from/by Extended Stay. Told none. Now waiting for refund of $101.40 charge despite the hotel's cancelation and left with nothing. They know how to take the reservation. They just don't know how to hold the reservation, and that's really the important part.

Disappointing Stay
My wife and I stayed at this Extended Stay a few weekends ago when we were in town for a wedding and while the staff was friendly, the accommodations were not what we had expected based on the 7.8 rating it had and how high the price was. The room was very outdated and there were various issues with both the facilities and the room. Upon checking in we were told the elevator didn't work so we'd need to take the stairs. Fortunately they placed us on the second floor rather than a higher floor. We soon also found out the exterior key card entry on our side of the building on the first floor didn't work. When we got into our room, the shower was broken to where water came out of the tub faucet and shower head at the same time causing the tub to quickly fill with water because the flow was faster than it could drain. Our TV remote and other small items had issues, so it wasn't the best stay for trying to enjoy our first trip in over a year.

Overall it was comfortable and clean, the elevator was out of service due to a lightening strike weeks ago and the key card reader didnt function on the outside doors so they were propped up with rocks most of the time. All the hallways reeked of Marijuana so although they dont allow smoking i guess Marijuana smoke is ok. Probably wouldnt stay there again for that reason.

What a breakfast.
When I read breakfast included, that was a deciding factor. The breakfast was a selection of oatmeal and trail mix bars. No milk, no orange juice, no yogurt, no fruit . There was hot water for the oatmeal though. And coffee was available for this non-coffee drinker.
