Nice hotel, great staff. Austin was awesome!Posted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: kitchenette and frigidaire.
Cons: There were dirty clothes left in our room from the prior customers.
It was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. The continental breakfast was nice.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am glad that we were able to provide you with a clean, quiet stay. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed our staff, your fully equipped kitchen and our grab-and-go breakfast. Still, I apologize that items were left in your room from a previous guest. I will be meeting with our housekeeping staff to ensure this does not happen in the future. Thank you again for posting your review. I do hope that you will return to our hotel, or any of our other brand locations, in the future.

Wasn't sure.Posted Dec 29, 2013
I stay around here all the time. Anyway. I stayed here just to try it, and needed a place. They were doing renovations . That said. Think k got lucky. Room was like new. The front desk told me they just re did if. If was very nice. Everything new. Clean, even though bathroom had a smell, but a turpentine , or varnish smell. So no biggie. Was impressed.bot a five star hotel, but very nice and safe. And quite!

Good. But not for romantic.Posted Oct 1, 2012 on Hotels.com
Pretty good for business stay. Good location, convenient transportation, restaurants surrounded. The only thing not happy is that there is a big hole on the bed sheet.

Nice stayPosted Sep 25, 2012 on Hotels.com
Hotel was nice. Overall a good value and great location. There were two details that just made it less than perfect. The tub dripped and could not be turned off completely. The second was that the carpet was either stained or dirty, couldn't tell. Not sure I'd go back until the carpet was replaced.

nasty hotel. Will never stay again.Posted Sep 25, 2012
Location: surrounding area was not bad, but the hotel itself is to be avoided.
The night front desk attendant was nice, but told me there was no one there supervising the hotel overnight. He also told me to read and follow all safety instructions in my room!! I was told the outside doors were locked after 11pm so I would need to use my room key to get into the hotel if I left the building. The room was really musty smelling and dirty. The carpets were stained with what appeared to be blood stains and white crusty patches. Gross! I wore flip flops all the time. The curtains had stains all across the bottom section of them. There were obviously people smoking in their rooms and mine started to smell even with the window in my room open. I could not get fresh air into the room. It was awful. I did not sleep well since I was worried for my safety. When I left in the morning, there was a different front desk attendant who did not even bother to come to the desk to speak with the guest in line in front of me. When he did finally come to the window, he had gross greasy hair and creepy looking eye make-up on. The people hanging around the front of the building were less than desirable. Overall experience, nasty. Will never stay at an extended stay ever again. If you want to stay at a place that you expect hookers to frequent, drug deals to go down and expect to walk into a room with white chalk on the floor in the outline of a body then stay here. Totally ghetto!

Spiders and foodPosted Jul 25, 2012
Location: Close to local attractions and businesses.
The staff was accommodating if not very friendly. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, the kitchen walls and upper part of the cabintes were splattered with food upon check in. My husband and I also found three large spiders in one night in our room, perhaps this hotel has a bug problem, or maybe it just needs to be cleaned better.

Extended Stay America Denver - WestminsterPosted Jan 21, 2012 on Hotels.com
First, let me say the address is misleading - it's not actually fronting 120th street, so it's a bit hard to find. But also quieter than it would be right on 120th. A great place to stay if you're looking for very basic accommodation, with a full-size fridge and rudimentary kitchen with stovetop, microwave, and sink, and a few dishes and pots and pans. BUt rather dreary, and the halls smell a bit like an old apartment building ( probably becuase of people cooking rudimentary meals!). The desk guy, Robert, was exceptionally helpful. Several restaurants within a block, including a weird techno-punk Japanese one where the food is good, but the surroundings reminded me of Blade Runner.....

Appartment stylePosted Jan 19, 2012
Pros: Not your typical hotel room feel.
Cons: A bit stark and sterile.
Location: Cponvenient north end of Denver metro area.
accomidations like an efficiency appartment with cookware and fridge made it nice to relax in the room without the feeling of just being in a hotel room.
