Close to Denver Airport

Loved the shuttle that could take us to the airport. Breakfast was great. Loved that the rooms could accommodate 6 people.

Thin walls

Pros: Close to the airport. 24 hour shuttle (we had an early flight) Staff and facility prepared to take care of travelers.
Cons: Better soundproofing between rooms.
Could hear the TV from the next room. Fortunately they didn't stay up late. Comfortable, clean environment. Large variety for a serve-yourself breakfast.

Dissappointed

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Lower your rates to match the quality of the room.
Marriott Hotel chains have a reputation of high quality facilities which is one of the reasons I chose Fairfield Inn Denver Airport. Paying $200.00/night I expected we would have a much better room. The room size was what I expected but the bathroom, tub and sundries were extremely cheap! I will not be staying at a Fairfield Inn and I will not recommend it to others!

excellent staff

Posted Jun 29, 2015
My little guy was sick on our flight, so I called ahead to ask if we could have a cot sent to our room before we got there. They said they would send someone up to have our sofabed made up. It was 10:30 at night, I'm sure they do not have a housekeeping staff that late. Once we arrived at the shuttle it was full, half our party was on board and they were telling people they had to wait til the next shuttle ( I told them I had a sick little boy and had to go, not one guest offered to let us ride, and no one had children) so they drove us and had a taxi take the rest of our party. What wonderful customer service! When we arrived at the hotel, our room was perfectly ready for me to lay my sick guy down. So impressed!

Located in new community, next to airport but not noisy. Nice comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Small indoor pool.

Hotel

Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: Staff friendly Room quiet and clean
Cons: Breakfast has to get allot better than this for us to stay there again.
Location: Ruby Tues was close and with good food.
Sauna not working. Breakfast fair at best. Sausage terrible, could not eat it. Sausage gravy worse than terrible. Juices usually out. Shuttle really good and on time each way.

Thin Walls

Your standard basic Fairfield but be aware the walls are paper thin, could hear phone conversations, TV, etc...

Nice place to stay to be close to the airport. Helpful staff, some had a language barrier. Room was quiet and comfortable.
