Excellent staff with a couple of serious pitfalls

Pros: Rooms fantastic.
Cons: Breakfast freshness
After an initial issue where the room was not as agreed upon on Expedia, the manager comped us another room to make it work. Nicely done. Rooms were excellent and spotless. Unfortunately, the next morning things went down hill. Breakfast was less than appetizing including moldy biscuits that did not get much reaction from breakfast staff. I would have expected the others from the package to be thrown out instead of left for other guests to discover. Also, went spent the morning in the pool and hottub but there was a strong odor (not chlorine) that coated us after. Fix these details and this place will get top marks!

Close to airport

The hotel was kept up very nicely. The front desk area was a little rough in comparison to the nice hotel they are offering. Room was great - clean, comfortable, and I instantly felt relaxed being in it. It's close to the airport (maybe 10 minutes away), but for us to get back into downtown Denver it took about an hour with traffic

Hot water is iffy!

Cons: Needs a new water heater and a way to regulate the water temps.
This hotel needs a renovation, and new plumbing badly. Lots of marks on the walls, lots of needed sprucing up. More a 2 star hotel than a real 'Mariott' Quality.

Convenient to Denver International Airport

Pros: Comfortable and clean rooms very convenient to airport.
Cons: Front desk could be a bit more friendly.
Nice clean comfortable hotel near the airport. The airport shuttle was very convenient and included in the price. Breakfast was good also.

Hotel falls short of expectations

Paper thin walls seemed like our neighbors were in the next room without them yelling. The show curtain was 2" short which made for a cold shower and a mess on the floor after.

Pros: Convenience.
Cons: Faster pick-up from the airport.
Check-in was quick, staff were courteous, room was very nice. We were only staying there overnight before a very early-morning departure for a 15-day trip, so we couldn't take advantage of many of the amenities. Our car was safely there when we returned. The shuttle to the airport was on time; the pick-up from the airport was a bit later than they told us it would be, on a very cold night, but the driver was courteous and helpful.

Good Airport Hotel

Pros: Warm room, friendly staff, reliable Wi-Fi and good buffet breakfast.
Cons: Room cleaning crew inconsistent.
Location: Several restaurants within walking distance.
Overall a nice hotel, but room cleaning staff were inconsistent. Got to room and coffee maker still had old coffee in the pot and bag in the filter. Second day there was no shampoo and water bottle taken from room fridge, however I told the front desk and they put two new bottles of water back.
