While the hotel was clean, it was poorly marketed. I chose the hotel mainly because the hotel's website showed the hotel as having a pool. In reality, the pool was undergoing a major renovation and was expected to be closed for a month. The manager offered a free night and never followed through with this offer.

The room was fairly reasonably priced! Staff amazing and breakfast was included every morning. Great quiet location and walking distance from the light rail. Beds are comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Definitely recommend and will stay again in the future.

Pool was closed and wasn’t given a notice. We got moved 3 times to different rooms because the toilet wasn’t working. The breakfast was terrible. They didn’t even make coffee. The ice machines on every floor broke.

Hi Sheryl, it looks like you need a copy of your receipt. We do have a 20 deposit, the 2.00 fee is the fee the city of Aurora charges all guest of hotels. That deposit should be released upon checkout without charges pending. You should have received your receipt from the website that you booked through We understand how difficult it is when equipment fails. Thank you for taking the time to review your experience.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I believe one of the ladies name, is Gigi. She was kind, professional and knowledgeable. The amenities and atmosphere at Fairfield are great, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again!

Elevator had fluid all over the floor and elevator stunk bad. Full trash bags in front of rooms in hallway in the evening. Police kept showing up. Main entrance broken and anyone could get in. No one at front desk and had to wait. Room was not the cleanest. Parking lot had trash everywhere. Dogs barking in adjacent rooms. Yelling in adjacent rooms and hallway. Televisions were loud and made hard to sleep.

We arrived late and just went straight to bed. We immediately noticed that the fitted sheets did not cover the entire Mattress on either bed, revealing mattresses covered in stains. The next morning when I woke up I decided to check the sheets which were also stained. When I told the front desk I told them that we would need housekeeping when we left because of the above issues. I explained that we were still going to take a shower and get ready for the day, and I would tell front desk when we left so that house keepers could come. The front desk assured me no one would come up to our room until we let them know. A little under a half hour later a house keeper knocked on our door. I had just gotten out of the shower and was wrapped in a towel. I tried to hide my body behind the door and explain to the house keeper that I was not ready for her to enter my room. She did not speak English (which is not the problem here, let me be clear about that) but I ended up having to show the woman that I was wrapped in a towel so she would stop trying to enter my room. All and all it was very demeaning and upsetting. The woman at front desk gave a half hearted apology and that was it. Likewise the hottub was entirely unusable because the amount of chlorine in it. The minute I sat down in it my eyes immediately started to burn. I would not recommend this hotel, not return it to myself.

We were in Denver for a doctor appointment. We got to the motel before check in time but there was a room already available…. So they cheerfully let us check in. This made it much easier to get to our doctor appointment.

Was accused of breaking the smoke alarm that was obviously very old and outdated. A helium ballon hit it and it fell off the wall. It was not hooked to anything and had no batteries. The test button also didn't work! I would think is against fire code not having a working smoke alarm especially since I was traveling with my small grandkids. Also we was at the end of the hallway where the outside door was broke and when they did fix it our key didn't work and we was locked out! The breakfast sucks! The Ukrainian Lady that was in charge of house keeping was extremely pleasant and very customer service oriented and we noticed and appreciate the very kind gestures!

For the most part the property was fine. We where on the main floor, it was a bit noisy due to some machine right beside our room. That was constantly going off and on, loudly. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The WIFI didnt work the entire stay which meant we couldnt get a key card. Staff was very nice but made for long waits to get into our room or the pool without having a key card.
