“Perfect Location”

We recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Denver. We chose this hotel because of it's location to the 16th Street Mall and the Denver Pepsi Center. Upon arrival we parked our vehicles in the covered parking garage and didn't need them until check out. Everything, restaurants, bars, shopping and the Colorado Avalanche game was in walking distance. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant or take advantage of room service. The small lounge was satisfactory for a nightcap. Every employee we encountered was courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was so very comfortable! We will definately stay there again if possible.

We showed up in the elegant lobby dressed like we just finished feeding the herd . . . the staff was incredibly efficient , kind and helpful. I asked for a room with a view and landed on the 25 floor in a large room overlooking the lights of downtown. The "5280" meal was outstanding with great service. We had room service while we watched a football game in the afternoon. Delivered fast, hot and delicious. I was a little concerned walking the two blocks from the 16th street mall to the hotel. It was late at night with spooky steam oozing up from the streets. No problems but if I could change anything, I'd move the hotel to a bit more active area at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel becaue of the staff, food, and room. Thanks for a great stay.

“Saved by Expedia”

I had booked with another online company and when I went to check in there was not a reservation. The rate checking into the hotel at the desk was significantly higher than booking with expedia. I used my phone to make a new reservation with expedia and the hotel was very accomodating. It only took a few minutes and I was amazed. They even upgraded my room. The room was neat and clean and I would definately stay there again.
