Very nice. Understaffed (the front desk person not only does check in and all those duties, but is the cook, server, bartender, and room attendant in the evening)

I flew in late and the Desk Agent was very kind and helpful. The next morning I needed Advil due to elevation illness and dehydration from the flt the day prior-the morning Desk Agent was very kind and helpful to accommodate my need right away. The hotel breakfast is the best I have seen, and due to the rest of my party getting in later as their flight was cancelled--I was allowed a 12:00 noon check-out.

Very relaxing environment. The room was beautiful and better than expected. I really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

The rooms were very very badly cleaned. We had 2 kids and the beds were not make for them. Definitely stay somewhere else

I had one issue with the property. The hotel advertises a shuttle service to hotel. But this service is on first come first served basis with limited seating. The only reason to stay in the hotel is its convenience to the airport and the shuttle service. But I did not get it. The help desk person told me that they cannot provide shuttle service to all XYZ number of residents. They sure charge that XYZ number of residents for the convenience. I found it a bit rude.

I thought that the room was lovely, comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful, informative and friendly. The price was great and the shuttle taking us to the airport was comfortable too.

It was unexpected to see a full size fridge, dishwasher and micro and a garberator in this unit. I only had time to enjoy the hot shower and tv beore flaking out for my connecting trip.

The room smelled like marijuana, the breakfast staff was understaffed they had a hard time keeping up no coffee full over flowing trash most of the food was gone and not kept up. Front desk check in and check out was very friendly.

Nice, clean hotel, solid for business travel. The entrance / lobby area could use a bit of upkeep. The bed was comfy and the suite was clean and breakfast was good.
