Staff was VERY accommodating, hotel was clean. Hallway carpet needs replaced or stretched . But the room was clean and ready. I would recommend this hotel.

A quiet night's rest...

We needed to get away, rest, and attend a seminar at the convention center ( a first for us to go to the heart of the city), and one gentleman on your staff helped us do all three with ease! He was confident, relaxed, and easy to understand when he suggested we take the light rail to the convention center. We are not city folk, so this suggestion unnerved us, but we followed his directions and truly enjoyed the light rail ride, which we would do again next time. Please thank him for us because he went above and beyond. As for our room, it was clean, quiet (thank you!), and the bed was so comfortable we melted into it and gratefully slept the night away. Is it possible to purchase a cover/bedspread like what was on the bed? We'd love to have one for home use. All in all, we give you an A+ and would return without hesitation.

Pool was closed for repair Did not know. Room was gross bed had little pieces of trash or Idk what. No hot water in our room. Could not sleep room was cold and heater did nothing to help. The only thing good was our money was refunded. Not worth the bad experience. I will never stay at a Hampton again.

Under renovation was not posted. Put in a room right below room changing carpet. Changed rooms could still hear hammers . Air conditioner was really loud. Breakfast ok

Cons: More assortment for breakfast
My husband was the guest at the hotel due to a family emergency and his comments were that the hotel was very clean and the staff very accommodating.

Hotel was decent but nothing special. Cleanliness was just ok with carpets needing attention. The bed was terribly uncomfortable mattress was soft and felt old.
