“Ease of transport to the airport”

Hotel offers consistent, scheduled shuttles to/from the airport and car rental locations. This was a great help to my family and we could turn the car in a day early!

“Fine business hotel.”

Pretty standard for Hampton Inn's. Not partcularly fancy but then for the price you actually get quite a bit. Everything is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is always fresh and a welcome sight in the morning. I have rarely had a problem with any Hampton Inn and this was no exception. Good value.

“Attitude”

I was assigned a smoking room. I guess I overlooked the fact that Hampton Inns has smoking rooms. She could not change me. The desk clerk was young and rude. I will drop them from my preferred list and move to non smoking hotels

“Not impressed, this was a very poor choice for a long-term stay.”

We had a horrible stay. There was no spa (jacuzzi), the pool was so cold and not even at room temperature. The doorknobs were falling off in the bathroom, and housekeeping didn't clean each day to the best of their ability. I would not recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone on a prolonged, extended vacation stay with a family. I have always had a great staying experience with Hampton Inn (like the one in Parker, CO) and this was a miserable stay. It was quite a ways to drive to the nearest convenience stores and there wasn't a whole lot of places that were readily available or nearby.
