“"Outstanding Customer Service!"”

The customer service was great. Everyone was outstanding and it was genuine. Even the guy sweeping outside in the morning was so nice and asked how everything was. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

“Business Traveler to Colorado”

For a 2 1/2-star hotel The Hampton Inn offers the equivalent of a 4-star hotel.The room was very clean as well as all of the other parts of the hotel. Their continental breakfast was absolutely more than you would expect. They had different items every day and the gal that did the cooking was very good at creating a variety of breakfast items. The staff, especially the day manager, was really friendly and accomodating. I will definitely stay at this hotel again as I travel to Colorado on business often. I also highly recommend this hotel any traveler to the area.

Pleasant stay at the Hampton's. Price was reasonable. Service was friendly at the front desk. Rooms were clean and area was quiet. Definately would come back again.

“Hampton Inn”

Our family delivered flowers and a welcome basket on the arrival date (Thursday) as a surprise, but we received it about 24 hours later. When we inquired at the front desk, we learned that the hotel staff had put them in the wrong room prior to our arrival. Fortunately, the people who checked into that room notified the desk and the error was remedied a day later. We also noticed 2 days into the stay that the room phone was missing the wall cord, which became hilarious when we listened to a dated voicemail message from the front desk regarding the missing gift basket and flowers! The only other glitch was that they were training new housekeeping staff, and our room didn't get cleaned until after 6 p.m. on the 2nd night and not at all on the 3rd night.

“Tranquility in Denver”

After driving the highways in Denver and looking for addresses it was very relaxing to get the the Inn. The rooms were clean and cool, and very comfortable.

This hotel runs a "guest of the day" program. I was the guest of the day on my arrival. Got some chips and sweets packaged into handmade paper bag. Small but nice and personal piece of experience. I also breakfast packages that they had - if you are in a hurry just pick up a bag and it would contain water, fruit, coockie and napkins...
