“Extremely comfortable stay”

“Red Rocks”

“Happy Campers!”

My husband and I are not regular travelers but this hotel was excellent for the price. The linens were soft and the bed was super comfy. The room was clean and smelled good. My husband and I were thrilled with the overall experience. We would definitely stay there again! PS. The view of the mountains is amazing... just sayin..

“"Not Impressed"”

The hotel staff is very friendly and nice. However, I arrived with my teenage daughter in the early morning hours of the night, only to find 2 hairs in her bed. I looked around and the wall paper was peeling off near her bed. There is no fan in the bathroom and the back of the bathroom door was discolored (like some one tried to to a repair job in a hurray). We were in room 115, my brother was in room 108 and we went in on the 3rd night to watch some clips on youtube and moved the chair in his room and there was all kinds of lent and food droppings (like no one had vacuumed in months). And his front door looks like someone tried to break in. It is cracked and doesn't close all the way. As a woman, I would never have felt safe staying in his room, even though we were inside.

“Not handicapped friendly”

Bed too high to get into toilet too low for easy transfer back to wheelchair No shower chair No telescoping shower head
