The location was great for my purpose. The property itself is in need of repairs. The first room I was given had a strong, funky odor. The third floor hallway also had a strong odor and the carpet was full of stains. They were accommodating and gave me a room on the second floor. Hallway carpet still needs to be cleaned, but smelled better than the third floor. The room had a faint patchouli smell, but was fine. Hot water was more like lukewarm. The interior of this property maintenance.

The room smelled like cigarettes. It was dirty. Even the “clean” towels, were not clean. A dog a few rooms down was barking all night long. Sketchy people staying there. Sketchy people working there. Garbage all over the parking lot. Looks like people live there. The hallways smell like the dirty grime in NY. We got there at like 2 am and were gone by 7 am even though I paid for 3 days. The nastiest places I’ve ever stayed at. I do not recommend.

The building is definitely worn down a bit. Hallways stunk of everything and anything that people were cooking in their suites. Huge snow storm came in and the snow removal crew were shouting at each other starting shortly after 4:00 am. In their plowing, they piled feet of snow behind all of the vehicles.

Horrible
Took 30 mins for someone to open the door for us to check in, then was given a room that was already occupied which could have gone bad real fast. 2nd room smelled like nasty cheeseburgers, no housekeepers only once a week and someone came into our room when we weren’t there even though I put the sign on the door.

We stayed here two to three years ago and booked it on Hotels.com. They had a nice free breakfast, quick service with any need. On our recent stay there was no longer a free breakfast. The maids would not give me a towel. They informed me I had to take dirty towels to front desk to get clean towels. Their excellent television programming changed to a cheap Dish Network plan with only a few channels. Lastly after staying there several days I called the front desk 5 or six times. They front desk never answered the phone even once. The owner(s) appear to be trying to save money anyway they can at the expense of the guests.

The property is run like an apartment building, people living there for long periods of time. Kids riding bikes in the parking lot and the chaining them to a pole when they are done. Was told when I checked in that they don’t freshen the rooms everyday and if I wanted clean sheets or towels I could go to front desk to get them. There was supposed to be breakfast available but never seen it. When I got into my room there was a big bag of trash left in there, I complained to the front desk and all they said was sorry. I would not recommend this property to anyone ! You should also remove it from the Expedia sight

Dirty halls, smelling bad, room was ok, frint desk staff never used uniform or any distinctive to know that they worked there. A true example of “you got what you paid for”.

This property is just not good accommodation. It’s run down and dirty. Ended up staying somewhere else, positive was the front desk lady was kind and offered a refund. Not sure if I’ll get the refund but we will see. Kind of upset that Expedia recommended this place.

It was hard to get ahold of front desk staff. The phone in the room didn’t work. There was never anyone at the front desk, you had to call their cell phone and even then they wouldn’t answer. I had to get a new room almost every time I left my room. I did not feel safe at this hotel, there were homeless people in and out of the side door which was close to my room. The carpet and bed skirt had some weird oil stain on them. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator and dishes in the room.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times. It's in a convenient area but this time the room was too close to the front desk which was quite noisy at night. They also didn't have any ice, not in the freezer in the room (not even ice cube trays), nor an ice machine in the facility. This stay was quite a disappointment.

The day we got there we were told the WiFi is weird about iPhones and had to try getting on a different way, in which we were very confused and had to go downstairs to figure it out. We asked how to get on and the woman looked at us like we were stupid and just handed us the same thing we were given before and walked away. Okay whatever, that was rude. After staying a few days my boyfriend went down to the front desk to get new towels as you do when they don’t offer any house keeping during your stay. The woman at the front desk (same as before) who was also on FaceTime, looked at him and rolled her eyes. She said he had to turn in the old ones, so he did, and she told him we were missing a small towel and needed to turn that in before we could get a new one. Fine understandable, but we could do without the attitude because it IS YOUR JOB! overall this place was ok for the price but next time I’ll pay more somewhere else & hopefully won’t have to deal with nasty attitudes from staff and seeing police outside the building almost every night.

Overall this property I would give 1-2 stars for the property itself as for the location, I would say 5 stars. It’s surrounded by many stores, and fast foods. The housekeeping staff is friendly. Now why 1-2 stars, the staff at the front desk, they are ok, they don’t treat their guests like guests but just want their money. There was a miscommunication about payment, and the assistant manager banged on our door like she was the cop. Didn’t bother calling The room or cell phone but banged on the door. I was so alarmed, like where was the fire. And Her attitude was the worse, she has no manners, speaking like she was not educated and was on a power trip. Making threats and just taking to my husband In such a condescending tone. I honestly don’t even know how she’s a manager, and where she she feels like she can treat someone the way that she does! I wouldn’t stay here and I would avoid it at all costs. Go to uptown suites or extended stay!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and all 3 days i saw insects roaming around the room. From centipedes to roaches to an insect i've never seen before. But what really infuriated me was when the centipede was hiding inside a folded towel. I did bring it up to the staff but unfortunately management wasn't in even though i was told they would be. I was also told that it will be communicated down to management and would be receiving a call back to make up for it. Never did. THE STAFF WAS SO NICE but it's unfortunate about how the room i was given and management not taking action.
This one was the one that was hiding inside the folded towel.
