Very pleasant staff who were very helpful. Quick check in and good rooms. Close to many different things and right off the highway.

Overnight while husband at hospital

Cons: can't think of anything
My husband had surgery at Littleton Adventist Hospital and I needed a place to stay close by. I didn't spend but about 9 hours there, but I had a very restful night sleeping. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Staff very professional. It was very convenient to the hospital.

Unclog you sink!

Pros: Location and generally a good experience.
Cons: The sink.
All in all it was a pleasing experience with the exception of the bathroom sink. Running the water was not possible for any length of time as the sink was not draining properly. (Room 329)

POOR INTERNET = UNHAPPY TRAVELERS

unable to send emails they took 15-20 min to leave my in box so i was up til 3 am ensuring they all went out no watching videoas and in general inability to use the internet which there is NO excuse for in this day and age. No miss, i dont want to go to the business center Also design wise. since when did square wicker chairs go around a silver pebble coffee table and there are way too many styles going on in the lobby. looks like a design student went to town in all the wrong places. i give it design code violations in several areas in the lobby. Rooms where great , Bathrooms great. But Having no internet is NOT an option

Needs updating!

Power was out when we checked in, had to hike up to 4th floor. Next moring figured out the fridge was working, but staff fixed quickly. Next night had dinner in the hotels resteraunt and there computers went down, couldn't ring our dinner up and wanted us to wait until fixed, they finally compted our dinner. Water pressure in the room was horrible, hardly able to get wet! Great location, but needs updating before I'll stay again.

Checked in and wanted to grab a drink at the bar. But, the bar tender didn't show up for work. The next morning we got up and went down for breakfast. Turns out its not free, for 13.00 you can eat breakfast. The room was ok. But the facility sucked.

The staff makes this hotel a winner.

Pros: Staff, pool and lobby area.
Cons: Daily cleaning, replacement of used items needs a little work.
Location: Plenty of restaurants, local stores, AMC theatre.
The staff at this hotel makes it a winner - from check in to check out all staff members were professional, helpful, and available. Pool area good for a smaller hotel - water warm and area clean. Breakfast available, but a bit expensive. Lobby area very nice.

Very nice hotel, (clean; friendly/ helpful staff)

Pros: everything.
Cons: Can't think of anything that could be improved.
Location: Near Littleton and Denver -- the exact location at Highlands Ranch is not readily picked up on GPS; but, you can see the hotel once you enter the area
Our room was comfortable, very clean, and had a view of the mountains. The food at the restaurant was very good, too.

Very accomodating in every way

Pros: Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room.
I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was. I needed a shuttle twice a day and they were prompt and more than willing to help me get to where I needed to go.
