The staff makes this hotel a winner.

Pros: Staff, pool and lobby area.
Cons: Daily cleaning, replacement of used items needs a little work.
Location: Plenty of restaurants, local stores, AMC theatre.
The staff at this hotel makes it a winner - from check in to check out all staff members were professional, helpful, and available. Pool area good for a smaller hotel - water warm and area clean. Breakfast available, but a bit expensive. Lobby area very nice.

Pros: everything.
Cons: Can't think of anything that could be improved.
Location: Near Littleton and Denver -- the exact location at Highlands Ranch is not readily picked up on GPS; but, you can see the hotel once you enter the area
Our room was comfortable, very clean, and had a view of the mountains. The food at the restaurant was very good, too.

Oh my what a great hotel I can't saying anything bad no really its not allowed so I guess im forced to say only good stuff

Great stay well taken care Service showerhead needs to be changed but other than that a great five out of five stay food is great not too terribly price compared to how where it is Great and would highly recommend

Really nice and pleasant. would recommend to family and friends. staff was helpful and always cheerful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Love the look of main entrance room. Love being able to see mountain foothills from our room. Everything could not have gone better.

Denver visit-Red Rocks

Pros: New/Clean room. Quick casual restaurant.
Cons: We had no issues to complain about
Location: Central to local Businesses. Biking and hiking paths nearby. Red Rocks amphitheater only about 15 minutes drive. Easy access to outdoor tours via I70
We found this as a convenient location to stay after a concert at Red Rocks. We booked it several days before hand and we were really happy with this Hotel. Very new construction and nicely accommodated. The restaurant was like an open cafe with seating adjacent to the main lobby. It was perfect for a casual dinner prior to the concert and a combination of open buffet and cook to order menu for breakfast. The staff was very nice and engaging.

Highlands Ranch Half Marathon

Our family of four had a comfortable stay! Spacious rooms, clean/good smelling rooms. Economically luxurious! Warm pool w/hot tub perfect for pre-race relaxing. We normally focus on the free breakfast, but the HR Town Center 2blks awsy has many options. We'll stay they next year!

Worst bed I've slept on this year.

The hotel it self is nice. It's located in a office area so it's not close to anything. The worst part by far was the bed. It was an old school rock hard hotel style bed. At one point the corner of the bottom sheet came off and I saw they had put an old blanket on top of the mattress to make it appear softer. It didn't help. Overnight the blanket bunched up under me and made the night even longer. I was ready to check out the next morning. This is not what I expected from an over a hundred dollar per night operation. I would equate the bed and bedding with Motel 6 not Hilton.
