I booked this property because it was listed as having a pool, however it’s an outdoor pool and was not open. Disappointing that Expedia included it as an amenity when not available.

The hotel was fine and clean, however, parking was my biggest issue. It personally doesn’t make sense to pay for parking when you’re paying to stay at a hotel. There is a car wash right next door which makes it noisy in the mornings, not a big problem just not pleasant.

Quiet room, comfy bed, nice towels. Shampoo and body wash bottles in shower were empty. Breakfast waitstaff were very nice. Only issue is there is a weed dispensary and Adult Dance Bars across the street. Very little street noise audible indoors.

Hotel is clean and nice and was a good price, the room was nice however was VERY hot (like 76*), with no way to cool it down as the desk told us the system was old and even at the lowest setting, wouldn’t blow cold. Other than that, we liked it a lot

The public space was incredibly cold. I had to wear a coat to use the elevator to my room. Same in the restaurant. Lots of small quality/issues that added up compared to other hotels I have stayed at in the area; torn seats on desk chair, no shampoo in bathroom, TV guide did not work properly...nothing major but lots of small things that added up.

Room was okay, seemed like the thermostat and unit didn’t work very well. Bathroom could have been cleaner, shower floor needs updating. Shower door didn’t shut all the way so water leaked onto the floor. Had only half a roll of toilet paper when we showed up, no coffee mugs but had lids, no bar soap and no tissue box. Seemed like everything was overlooked in order to get the room ready from previous guests. Hotel lobby is very nice but misleading to what the rooms are like.
