The room was nice and the staff was friendly. The parking garages were difficult to maneuver through. It seemed like every parking spot was nestled between concrete support beams.

Would not stay at this hotel again

Posted Oct 8, 2014
Pros: Rooms were recently renovated. Terrible sound proofing though.
Cons: Parking is terrible, it's an accident waiting to happen. Extremely tight spaces, feels like an obstacle course. Thermostat is locked, no fan control
Location: Located in front of a strip club and a bar.
Terrible parking, bad location, elevator were a pain with keycard access every single time.

Nice Place

Pros: See above. Also free internet and morning newspaper.
Location: Cherry Creek shopping district is near by. Downtown is only a few miles. Fairly easy to get to other areas from here. Cheap compared to downtown.
Easy covered parking (free). Easy check-in. Nicely appointed room. Great view from the west tower.

You get what you pay for

Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: location
The exterior, lobby and elevators were worn and tired looking. You had to use your room key to access the garage and elevator each time. I believe the building has had significant security issues, at least that's what it felt like.

Pros: Rooms were excellent.
Cons: Instructions on elevator use and parking directions. We were lost on which elevator to use...
Didn't like the underground parking. Staff could provide more directions/instructions on how to use the elevator, which elevator to use. Staff did not provide much info on room directions or anything.
