Cons: It would be nice to have coffee in the lobby with just a few things to munch on.
Location: Not crazy about the surrounding businesses. Adult entertainment.
Overall the rooms were very clean and people friendly.

Nice hotel right outside downtown

Posted Jul 23, 2015
Pros: Not far from downtown and places to eat/drink.
Cons: Even out toilet, clean swimming pool, and get faster and bringing extra towels.
Location: See above.
Hotel was pretty good, 1 block from a little square with lots of eateries and World of Beer bar. The toilet in our room was uneven and every time you sat on it it wobbled. It took an hour to get extra towels when ordered from our room phone. One of the guys I went with said one of the guys at the front desk was not very friendly when he had to interact with him at one point. Pool looked like it needed a good cleaning because it was very murky when we went swimming and couldn't see the bottom of the pool from the middle down to the deep end. Other than those things the beds were comfy, not far from downtown, a few places to eat and drink within walking distance and price was good. Would go back most likely.

Back to the 50's

Posted Jul 12, 2015
Pros: nothing
Cons: demolish the place
The paring garage was nice if you drove a vw. The breakfast was good but expensive. The noise in the hallway was so loud you could not sleep. The martini bar sat 5 people and was the smallest bar of any holiday inn I have ever been to, and the price of the room was way to high

Pros: Security and oversized outdoor parking
Cons: Get rid of stone planter at entrance between ramp and front entrance. This would be an excellent front door seating area
Location: Downtown area, a Cherry Creek shopping area
Good hotel. Need more front desk personnel. The one person seemed overwhelmed

Great Hotel

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness and great little reading lights.
Cons: Better windows to keep the sound out. I was on the 5th floor and still could hear the traffic on the road. It was very loud.
It was very clean, I must for me. Very nice sized with a modern look.

Thumbs for front desk staff

Posted Jun 21, 2015
Front desk staff seemed to not care about my stay. This hotel is very confusing to find your room. I guess there's different wings/sides of rooms? Also no COMPLIMENTARY breakfast. They charge for everything. Only free thing they have is a jug of water infused with oranges and lemons that you can pour a cup for yourself. Too expensive for a not so good experience.

Nice hotel, bad room.

Posted May 31, 2015
Location: Cherry Creek mall just down the street, as is Museum of Natural History, lot's of restaurants and a super Target nearby.
A/C was extremely noisy, cycled on and off all night and room was either very cool or too warm. Even though I was at end of hall, heard doors slamming all night. Room could have been cleaner, floor had debris in front of bed and under desk. Makes you wonder how clean the rest of the room was. Hotel is lovely, great location, terrific staff. Rooms are updated and look really nice. Pool is fantastic. I've stayed here before and my last stay was much better. Room choice makes a difference. Previous stay I was facing east towards the mountains. This time I was facing north. Both on about 6th floor. Choose carefully.
