2nd time, feels like home
Posted Jan 4, 2013
Pros: location and beds! Underground parking
Cons: outside parking
Location: great access to Dicks Sport Park (there for tournament) and also nearby restaurants and shopping
This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, we stay here due to the great location to Dicks Sports park and also access to Northfield shopping. First time we did not realize that there is underground parking, which is needed as parking outside is limited, but underground great. I like the lobby, is quiet, safe feeling hotel. Beds the best I have ever slept in, room basic but clean, feels homey, everything you need. Hot tub nice, nothing fancy. did not eat at restaurants. Front Desk staff very nice from check in to check out. Got late check out both stays.

Great modern decor, balconies in every room
Posted Jan 28, 2013
Pros: Loved the modern decor in the room. And the Sleep Number bed was great.
Cons: The location didn't have much to offer
Great modern decor, balconies in every room. The balconies were a little dirty, though. Sleep number bed was great.

Bad Beds
Posted Jan 25, 2013
Cons: Hate the beds, drains are slow
The only reason I won't recommend this hotel to anyone is because of their beds. Almost all of the rooms have the Sleep Number beds. They are terrible. No better than an air mattress. Very uncomfortable to try to sleep on. I know some people like those but they are junk. Also, I've stayed there twice and both rooms I had the tub drain was very slow. Not fun to stand in 6" of water while taking a shower. This says something about the maintenance staff.

Great hotel for the price...would stay here again
Posted Jan 11, 2013
Pros: Decor and lacation and price
Cons: room was a little small
The entire hotel has been updated and has a very modern decor. Close to restaurants and shopping at Stapleton Mall across the street. Walgreen's and fast food less than a block away. Hotel is a bit far from downtown but public transportation is available if you don't have a car. Hotel has a year round hot tub and pool as well as a reasonably priced bar and grill for lunch for late night refreshments and food. Very good deal for the money would stay here again.

Average stay. The rooms are older with some upgrades such as a sleep number bed. Parking is tight with limited spots. A little noisy from neighboring rooms. Overall ok for one night.

Pros: LOBBY WAS GREAT
Cons: N/A
Location: GREAT
FOUND OUT I COULD HAVE TOOK A SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT THEN RENTED A CAR AT THE INN--ALSO YOU HAVE TO LOOK FOR THE COFFEE IF YOU WANT SOME IN THE LOBBY IN THE MORNING--ROAD NOISE FROM THE AIR UNIT---OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT

Very Disappointed...
Posted Jan 10, 2013
This hotel was absolutely terrible and in need of a major overhaul. The website was totally misleading as the selected photos suggested a clean, modern facility. Upon arrival it became obvious this place was nothing of the sort. The wood paneling on the walls near the elevators was actually plywood that had been stained and (poorly) varnished - my 10 year old son could have done a better refinishing job. The service from the front desk staff was average at best dealing with multiple issues with the nonfunctional lock on my door. The room was missing a chair for the desk and it took multiple requests and 17 minutes to have one delivered to my room.

The room was okay. The breakfast was very bad. The Hotel looks good from outside, but when you step inside it was just okay. Not recommended for family

Mediocre property with older, with friendly staff.
Posted Jan 24, 2013
Pros: Front desk
Cons: Rooms and overall feel of hotel property
Location: Far from downtown Denver. Close to Stapleton.
The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I got a good rate on Expedia for this hotel, but would not stay at this hotel when there is not a sale. The rooms were small for Denver standards and the hotel felt old. The bathroom amenities were lacking and the room was freezing when I got there.
