Disappointing

Unclean room, apathetic front desk staff. Stayed for 4 nights, room was not clean upon arrival, hair in the tub/shower :( Housekeeping did not show up the next day, no service at all - this was reported to front desk and who said they would discuss with a manager but never heard back on any follow up. Second day housekeeping was again subpar quality re: cleanliness of bathroom, didn't replace shampoos, no new coffee cups, drinking cups.... really??

It was great the staff was awesome it was clean, the pool and hot tub were fun, it was in great location I will be back for sure, very much liked it ..5 Star for Lakewood Holliday Inn....

Wonderful, the very best room ever

Location: Restaurant attached was great.
We were very impressed. It was very nice. Bed was comfy and room was large.

1 night in Lakewood

Pros: Location
Cons: It would have been nice to have had an earlier check in. Rooms were not yet available when we left for the day to go sight seeing at 1:00 pm.
Location: I stayed at this hotel to attend a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater.
Satisfactory location with several restaurants nearby. Unable to check in early before we left the area at 1:00 pm to go sight seeing. Checked in at 11:00 pm after concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. The restaurant/bar was closing just as we arrived at the hotel. Fortunately, there was an Old Chicago restaurant across the street. Went down to use the hot tub at 9:00 am and it was closed.

We appreciate the 4 star review and thank you for including us in your Red Rocks concert experience. Though we cannot always accommodate early check-ins... we make every attempt to accommodate guest requests whenever possible.

Very dated and small rooms

Pros: The staff
This is the most dated Holiday Inn I have stayed in. The rooms were small and the floors were dirty. The hallways smelled like mildew and smoke. The staff was great though.

Nice hotel, nice restaurant, and pleasant staff

Their Sports Grill provides good food at affordable prices and great service. Overall, the hotel is very clean and staff very friendly and accommodating.

Flying visit to the Frontier Days

The check - in & check- out processes were very smooth. The only complaint we had was that our bathroom size was much too small.
